Concrete blocks conventionally used for retaining walls and earthen walls are molded by vibration and compression using hard-mixed concrete with zero slump, in order to use an immediate demolding method. However, in the case of forming with hard mixed concrete, the surface (joint surface of the surface pallets) is rough and has many air bubbles and high water absorption, so the concrete weathers and deteriorates severely and cannot be used for a long time. Not only was it difficult to endure, but it also had aesthetic problems and had no value as a product. For this reason, mortar or colored mortar is usually placed on a surface pallet, and hard mixed concrete is poured on top of this to form a concrete block with a smooth decorative surface. It has also been considered to mix pebbles or the like into the mortar of the surface pallet to create a change in the decorative surface.
However, in this case, the decorative surface has mortar and contaminants appearing on the surface, so even though the surface may change, its uses are limited. The decorative surface formed in this way is likely to peel off because the hard mixed concrete and mortar are bonded to different materials, and since the decorative surface of mortar is weak in strength, the surface pallet must be removed during molding. During peeling, there was a drawback that during construction, it was easy to chip due to shocks during transportation or stacking.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a concrete block with a decorative surface made only of natural stone blocks, which is completely different from the decorative surface of conventional concrete blocks, and is particularly different from the conventional surface pallet. Either use a deep hollow-shaped surface pallet and install a rubber plate on the bottom of this surface pallet, or
The first feature is to provide a sand layer, and evenly spread large and small natural stones (including crushed stones and artificially colored stones) on this layer, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of water on the surface of the stone blocks. The second feature is that the hard mixed concrete is poured into the concrete, and the contact surface between the hard mixed concrete and the lump stones is softened and compacted.

In the present invention, in order to lay large and small stones on the rubber plate or sand layer on the surface pallet, the surface pallet is turned upside down using the inverted and demolished formwork.
If it is placed on the top of the formwork, the lumps will fall off and molding will become impossible, so it is not suitable, and it is best to use a split type formwork.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of the surface palette, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view. This surface pallet A has an edge 2 formed by folding up the periphery of a bottom plate 1, and has a deep hollow shape compared to the conventionally used dish-shaped pallet, and a rubber plate 3 is laid on this bottom surface. This is what happens. The physical properties of this rubber plate 3 will be explained later in Section 3.
The natural stone block 5 as shown in the figure is suitably soft enough to be compacted and compressed so that about half of the stone block 5 can be embedded in the rubber plate 3. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of natural stone blocks 5 evenly laid on the rubber plate 3 on the bottom of the hollow surface pallet A. Although it is most suitable for crushed stone or artificial stone (for example, made of ceramic or plastic), it can also be applied to crushed stone or artificial stone (for example, made of ceramic or plastic), and an appropriate amount of water W is sprayed over the entire surface after the stone is laid. The water W should be sprayed to an appropriate extent to moisten the surface of the lump stones; if the amount is too large, the concrete will become muddy and the lump stones will be completely embedded in the concrete and will not form a decorative layer on the surface. . Also the fourth
In the figure, a sand layer 4 is laid in place of the rubber plate 3 in Figure 3, and natural stones 5 are laid evenly. After laying the stones, sprinkle an appropriate amount of water over the entire surface. The reason why the surface pallet A of the present invention is provided with high folded portions 2 on the periphery is to prevent the rubber plate 3 placed on the surface pallet from moving during molding.

FIG. 5 shows a molding machine using a split mold frame 10 which is divided into left and right parts during demolding by a cylinder (not shown) as shown by arrow B, where 10 indicates the mold frame and 11 indicates a vibration receiving plate, and 12 indicates a vibrator. 19 is a cylinder for pressing;
3 is a pressure rod. Reference numeral 15 denotes a hopper for supplying materials, 16 a shielding plate, 17 a cylinder for supplying materials, and 18
indicates the material supply box. Then, a rubber plate 3 or a sand layer 4 is laid on the bottom surface 1 of the hollow surface pallet A as shown in FIG. After arranging the pallet A with an appropriate amount of water sprinkled on the upper surface of the pallet 5, the hard mixed concrete C is put in and vibration is applied to the pallet A, compressing it from above and compacting it. Rubber plate 3 or sand layer 4 arranged on the surface pallet
The upper stone block 5 is compressed from above and bites into the surface of the rubber plate or sand layer, and the surface of the stone block 5, which becomes a decorative surface, becomes sealed by the rubber plate or sand layer, and is softened by the moisture sprinkled on the surface of the stone block. The concrete is prevented from penetrating by a rubber plate or a sand layer, and a block with a decorative surface made only of natural stone is formed without turning to the decorative surface side.

Therefore, the block formed by the method of the present invention has no mortar attached or exposed on the surface made of the natural stone blocks 5, and moreover, the stone blocks 5 are embedded halfway into the concrete layer and are firmly integrated. It has the color and texture of natural stone, so there is no risk of it falling off. Furthermore, when using the method of the present invention, mortar does not come into contact with the surface of the surface pallet and is merely placed on the surface pallet through the block stone layer, so it is easy to remove the surface pallet after curing. Unlike conventional products, there is no risk that the decorative surface will be damaged and the product will be defective when the surface pallet is peeled off.

The method of manufacturing a concrete block having a natural stone decorative surface according to the present invention has been described above. Unlike conventional methods, the method of the present invention uses a natural stone block for the decorative surface of the block, and moreover, this stone block is By laying the stones evenly and using a specially constructed surface pallet, the decorative surface of the blocks after molding has no cement components attached or exposed, allowing the color and shape of natural stones to be expressed as they are. Because the concrete is solidly molded into one piece with softened concrete, no stone blocks fall off, and the concrete, which has been softened by water spraying, becomes fluid during molding and solidifies tightly. Compared to conventional blocks, it absorbs less water from the outside, is strong, and if the natural stone blocks used are extracted from the land near the construction site, the color will harmonize with the site, making it possible to construct a retaining wall that will not destroy nature. It has an outstanding effect in comparison.
