Concrete blocks conventionally used for retaining walls and earthen walls are molded using vibration and compression using hardened concrete with zero slump, in order to use an immediate demolding method. However, in the case of molding with hardened concrete, the surface (joint surface of the pallet) is rough, has many air bubbles, and has high water absorption, resulting in weathering of the concrete and
Not only did it deteriorate so severely that it was difficult to withstand long-term use, but it also had poor aesthetics and had no value as a product. For this reason, mortar or colored mortar was usually piled up on a surface pallet, and hardened concrete was poured on top of this to form a concrete block with a smooth decorative surface.

It has also been considered to mix pebbles or the like into the mortar of the pallet to create a change in the decorative surface. However, in this case, the decorative surface has mortar and contaminants appearing on the surface, so even though the surface may change, its uses are limited. The decorative surface formed in this way is likely to peel off because the hardened concrete and mortar are bonded to different materials, and since the decorative surface of mortar is weak in strength, it is necessary to use a surface pallet during molding. During construction, it has the disadvantage that it is easily chipped due to impact during transportation and stacking.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a concrete block with a decorative surface made only of natural stone, which is completely different from the decorative surface of conventional concrete blocks, and is particularly compared to conventional surface pallets. Use a deep, hollow-shaped surface pallet, and install a rubber plate or sand layer on the bottom of this surface pallet, and place large and small boundaries of natural stones (including crushed stones and artificially colored stones) on this layer. The first feature is that the stones are spread evenly, and the second feature is that the surface of the stone blocks is sprinkled with an appropriate amount of water and then hard mixed concrete is poured and compacted.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of the surface pallet, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view. This surface baren) A has an edge (2) formed by folding up the periphery of the bottom plate (1), and has a deep hollow shape compared to the dish-shaped ones conventionally used. This is done by laying a board (3). This rubber plate (3)
The physical properties of the natural stone block (5) as shown in Figure 3, which will be described later, are soft enough that about half of the stone block (5) can be embedded in the rubber plate (3) due to compression during compaction. is appropriate. Figure 3 shows the rubber plate (
3) This is a cross-sectional view where natural stone blocks (5) are evenly laid on top. Natural stones collected at the construction site are most suitable because they match the soil with color etc., but crushed stones and artificial stones are the most suitable. It can also be applied to stones (for example, made of ceramic, plastic, etc.), and an appropriate amount of water W is sprayed over the entire surface after the stones are laid. In addition, in FIG. 4, a sand layer (4) is laid in place of the rubber plate (3) in FIG. 3, and natural stones (5) are laid without fail. After laying the stones, sprinkle an appropriate amount of water over the entire surface. The reason why the flat pallet A of the present invention is provided with high folded parts (2) around the periphery is to prevent the rubber plate (3) placed on the flat pallet from moving during molding.

In any molding machine that uses a split formwork or an integrated formwork, the bottom surface of the formwork (1) has a rubber plate (3 ) Or after laying a sand layer (4), large and small pieces of natural stone (5) are placed on each layer without overlapping each other, and an appropriate amount of water is sprinkled on the top surface of the surface baren) A. Mixed concrete C is put in, vibration is applied to the surface balentom, and the stone blocks (5 ) is compressed from above and bites into the surface of the rubber plate or sand layer to create a decorative surface. The surface of the stone block (5) is sealed by the rubber plate or sand layer, and the concrete is softened by moisture sprinkled on the surface of the stone block. The rubber plate or sand layer prevents its infiltration, and the block is molded with a decorative surface made only of natural stone without turning to the decorative surface side. Therefore, in the block formed by the method of the present invention, there is no mortar attached or exposed on the surface of the natural stone block (5), and the stone block (5) is embedded halfway into the concrete layer and solidified. Because it is integrated, there is no risk of it falling off, and it has the color and texture of natural stone. In addition, when using the method of the present invention, there is no contact with the mortar on the surface of the surface pallet, and the impression is that it is simply placed on the surface, so it is easy to remove the surface pallet after curing. There is no risk that the decorative surface will be damaged during peeling, resulting in a defective product.

In the case of this inverted demolding type mold, the principle is the same, but since the block surface, which is the special decorative surface for block molding, is on the top surface, the procedure for surface pallet A is reversed. As shown in the figure, hard mixed concrete C is placed inside the formwork α1.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of water W on the supplied surface, spread natural stone blocks (5) evenly in a layer, and then place the rubber plate (3) shown in Figure 2 on top of this. The hollow surface of the block A is turned over as shown in FIG. 7, and the damage machine α is energized to form a block with compression from above.

In this case as well, as in the case of the normal position formwork shown in Fig. 5, the middle part of the stone block (5) is bitten into the rubber plate (3) of the surface bar (A), and the surface of the stone block (5) is Since the rubber plate creates a sealed state, the mortar component of the concrete softened by water spraying does not circulate on the decorative surface side of the stone block (5), and a block with a decorative surface made only of natural stone is formed. The reference numeral I in the figure is the reversal axis during demolding, and the explanations of the other reference numerals will be omitted since they are the same as in the case of the molding machine shown in FIG. In addition, in the case of this inversion/removal type molding, since the surface bar (A) is reversed, it is impossible to use a surface pallet using the sand layer (4).

The method of manufacturing a concrete block having a natural stone decorative surface according to the present invention has been explained above, but when the method of the present invention is used,
Unlike the conventional method, natural stone blocks are used on the decorative surface of the block, and the stone blocks are laid evenly and a specially constructed surface pallet is used. The color and shape of natural stone can be expressed as there is no adhesion or exposure of components, and since the stone blocks are solidly formed into one piece using concrete that has been softened by sprayed water, the stone blocks do not fall off. Concrete, which has been softened by water spraying, becomes fluid during molding and solidifies densely, so it absorbs little water from the outside and is strong. Furthermore, the natural stone blocks used are produced from land near the construction site. When used as a color block, the color harmonizes with the local environment, and retaining walls can be constructed without destroying the natural environment, which is a superior effect compared to conventional blocks.
