However, the pattern drawn on a part of or the entire surface of the pavement block is rubbed with the bottom of footwear of a person walking on the surface or a wheel of an automobile or the like running on the bottom. It wears out in a short period of time and needs to be repainted frequently, which is very time-consuming. In addition, the inlay method requires a lot of trouble in manufacturing, and the cost is very high. Therefore, the present invention uses a pattern layer made of a dried pattern aggregate of a predetermined thickness using a soluble cell dense body to form a pattern appearing on a part or the entire surface of the artificial stone molded body, and a Kintaro candy type. It was developed for the purpose of expressing it.

The block shown in FIG. 1 comprises a pattern layer 2 and a base layer 3 having the same thickness, and the pattern layer 2 is exposed on a part of the surface of the block. This block fills a part of the subsection of the soluble cell dense body arranged in the formwork with the aggregate for patterning as described later, and the base aggregate for the rest of the subsection contains the aggregate for pattern. It was manufactured by filling the same thickness. On the other hand, also in the block of FIG. 2, the pattern layer 2 is exposed on a part of the front surface of the block, but the back surface of the block is formed only by the base layer 3. That is, the thickness of the base layer 3 is small at the portion lining the pattern layer 2 and thick at the portion exposed on the surface. The block of FIG. 2 fills a part of the subsection of the soluble cell dense body arranged in the formwork with the aggregate for patterning and includes the remaining part of the subsection as described later, It was manufactured by filling the remaining portion not containing the pattern aggregate with the base layer aggregate. In the block shown in FIG. 3, the pattern layer 2 forms the entire front surface, the base layer 3 is formed on the back surface, and the base layer is not exposed on the surface of the block. This block fills all of the subsections of the fusible cell dense body placed in the formwork with the pattern aggregate as will be described later, and the remaining portion of the formwork interior that does not contain the pattern aggregate. It was manufactured by filling the base material with aggregate. The order of filling the aggregate for the pattern and the aggregate for the base layer is arbitrary in the production of any block.

In the figure, the size of the soluble cell dense body is adjusted to the inner shape of the mold, but it is sufficient that the size is slightly larger than the outer shape of the pattern to be expressed, and it is not always necessary to match the inner shape of the mold. There is no. Filling the aggregate for each pattern or the base layer into the sub-section of the densely packed soluble cell can be done manually or by a robot in the form of dots. It is preferable to use a closed mask which is the same size as the densely packed soluble cell and has openings corresponding to the pattern, and other than the openings. Since the pattern of the molded body of FIGS. 1 and 2 is composed of a red pattern and a blue pattern, as shown in FIG. 4, a mask MR having an opening R corresponding to the red pattern and an opening corresponding to the blue pattern A mask MB having a portion B is used. Both masks have the same outer shape as the soluble cell dense body 5, and when correctly placed on the soluble cell dense body 5, the respective openings R and B can express the respective red and blue patterns. It has become. Therefore, one of the masks, for example MR, is first superimposed on the dissolvable cell mass, and the red pattern aggregate 2R is filled into the required small sections through the openings R, and then the mask MR is removed.
The mask MB is overlaid on the soluble cell mass, and the opening B
Then, the blue pattern aggregate 2B may be filled into other required small sections through the mask, and the mask MB may be removed.

The hardening material is filled into the entire space between the aggregates, and this filling may be partially performed first if necessary, for example, when it is desired to adjust the movement of each material. Further, a material obtained by mixing a hardening material in advance may be used as the base layer aggregate due to the fluidity of the hardening material. The height of the soluble cell dense body 5 may be equal to the thickness of the layer filled with the pattern aggregate, or may protrude from the upper surface of the mold 4 as shown. Further, the cured material may be filled using a vacuum.

In the embodiment of the present invention for producing the artificial stone molded body shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, since the soluble cell dense body is soluble, it is not necessary to remove it from the mold. become. Then, the traces of the dissolved and disappeared soluble cell dense bodies are filled with the aggregates of the pattern that have been in contact with the walls of the subdivisions, and the aggregates of the pattern and the base layer are collapsed and filled. Vibration or pressure may be applied to promote collapse.

If it is desired to dissolve the densely packed soluble cell as soon as possible, the hardening material is filled after all the pattern aggregates are filled, and then the base layer aggregate is filled. Good.
In this case, the subsequent filling amount of the hardened material may be reduced. Furthermore, if the base layer aggregate mixed with the hardened material in advance is filled before the pattern aggregate, the soluble cell dense body may be dissolved before the filling of the pattern aggregate is completed. In addition, a soluble but dense cell mass is used that is soluble but requires time for dissolution. And since the soluble cell mass will dissolve and does not need to be removed from the mold,
It is only necessary to have a depth equal to the filling thickness of the pattern aggregate, and it is not necessary to protrude upward from the upper surface of the mold.

As shown in FIG. 9, a compressible bulky mat 6, for example, a non-woven fabric is laid on the inner surface of the bottom of the mold frame 4, and a soluble cell dense body 5 is placed thereon and filled. A hardening material to be filled in voids between one or both of the pattern aggregates 2R, 2B to be formed and the base layer aggregate 3 ', or both, or in this case, the pattern aggregate 2R When a swelling agent is mixed with the hardened material filling the voids between the aggregates of 2B, the material mixed with the swelling agent expands by compressing the mat 6 until it hardens. Therefore, the surface of the pattern layer or the base layer is raised from the surface of the molded body, and the pattern can have a three-dimensional appearance. Also, in the figure, the top of the mold is open,
When the upper surface is closed with a heavy lid, the material expands only toward the mat 6, so that a more three-dimensional pattern can be obtained. Further, when a material having water absorbency or oil absorbency is used for the mat 6, excess water and excess solvent are absorbed, and moisture and solvent are uniformly distributed to each material, so that the performance of the molded article can be improved in strength. FIG. 9 corresponds to the embodiment of FIG. 5, but the same applies to the embodiments of FIG. 6 and FIG. In FIG. 7, since the pattern aggregate is filled on the filled base layer 3, for example, an expanding agent of a hardening material to be filled in the space between the aggregates of the pattern aggregate is mixed, and a bulky mat is used. The pattern layer can be raised on the surface of the molded body without performing. In this case, if a water-absorbing or oil-absorbing mat is laid on the inner surface of the bottom of the mold, the performance of the molded body can be improved in strength as described above.

Further, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, a plate or sheet 7 on which pins or small pieces are planted or a sheet 8 having flocking, brushed, haired, or linna (pile, loop, etc.) is previously laid on the inner surface of the bottom of the formwork. A soluble cell dense body 5 may be arranged on the upper side, and the filled pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate may be held by pins and small pieces 7 ′, flocking, raising, bristles, and ring 8 ′. In this way, it is possible to prevent movement due to vibration or the like until the aggregate is hardened, and it is possible to clearly express the boundary between the differently colored aggregates for the pattern and the boundary between the aggregate for the pattern and the aggregate for the base layer. If the above pins, small pieces, flocking, brushed, bristled, and linna are made soluble with respect to the sheet and the plate, they dissolve and disappear until the aggregates are hardened, so that it is not necessary to peel off the molded body. Make them soluble, or
It is desirable to make it insoluble depending on the required holding state.

FIGS. 12 to 14 show an embodiment for producing a cylindrical molded body, in which a mold 10 is formed of a deformable peripheral frame 11 made of urethane rubber or the like, and a metal for mounting the peripheral frame 11 thereon. It is composed of a rollable bottom sheet 12 such as a thin plate, a plastic sheet, paper, a nonwoven fabric, a woven or woven fabric, and a rubber sheet.
A soluble cell dense body is arranged at a predetermined position inside the enclosure 1 and filled with the pattern aggregates 2R and 2B and the base layer aggregate 3 'as described above (FIG. 12). Then, or as it is, the hardening material is filled before deformation, and when the whole is solidified, the surrounding frame 11 is covered with a rollable auxiliary sheet 13 similar to the bottom sheet 12 (FIG. 13). Both the inner aggregates surrounded by 11 are supported between the bottom sheet 12 and the auxiliary sheet 13 and are rounded together with the peripheral frame 11 (FIG. 14). If not already filled with the hardened material, they are filled and rounded until the whole is hardened. By maintaining the state, the artificial stone molded body having a cylindrical shape with the pattern layer 2 exposed at a required position on the peripheral surface can be molded.

FIG. 15 shows a state in which the aggregate for the pattern and the aggregate for the base layer are filled as shown in FIG. It is wound around a mold 14 corresponding to the inner shape of the cylindrical body to be formed (cylindrical when the cylindrical body is cylindrical). If the hardening material has not been filled yet, it is filled, and the state is maintained until the whole hardens. To produce a cylindrical molded body. In this case, the surrounding frame 11

4. If the two side edges of the peripheral frame 11 are adjacent to each other when they are rounded or wound by the manufacturing method of FIG. 15, a seam of space is generated between the side edges of the base layer aggregate, so that both side edges overlap. And slightly overlap the inside and outside, or double the inside and outside of the base layer aggregate at the seam, or cut off each side edge of the peripheral frame 11,
The exposed base aggregates are butted on each side edge so that no space is created at the seam.

Similarly, as shown in FIG. 12, after filling the mold frame 10 with the pattern aggregate, the base layer aggregate, and the hardening material, the surrounding frame 11 is removed as shown in FIG. Is wound together with the bottom sheet 12 on the outside of a mold 15 having flanges 15 ', 15' at both ends and kept in that state until both aggregates are hardened (see FIG. 17). Shaped shaped bodies can also be produced. Of course, the surrounding frame 11
The width of the inner shape is set in accordance with the length of one circumference of the outer periphery of the mold 15 in the same manner as in the case of FIG. Also in this case, the auxiliary sheet 13 can be omitted, and a cylinder-shaped body having a polygonal cross section other than the cylinder can be manufactured by using a polygonal one for the mold 15.

Although the above is a method for producing a cylinder-formed body, a molded article other than a cylinder can be produced by partially or entirely deforming a mold. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, after filling the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate into the mold 10, as shown in FIG. 18, the mold has a concave portion 16 on the upper surface, and a gel 17 is filled in the concave portion. It is placed on the mold 18 and pressed from above by an upper mold 20 having a convex portion 19 corresponding to the concave portion 16 (FIG. 19). As a result, the upper surface is pressed by the convex portion 19 and dented, and the lower surface is pressed into the concave portion 16. Thus, it is possible to produce a molded body that swells downward.
In this case, it is not necessary that the peripheral frame 11 be deformable because the part deformed by the mold is a part of the bottom sheet 12. Further, the gel 17 filled in the concave portion is for keeping the portion of the bottom sheet located on the concave portion 16 flat until it is pressurized by the upper die 20, and when the pressurization of the upper die 20 starts. The bottom sheet pushed into the recess and the material thereon spills around from the upper edge of the recess. The lower mold 18 may be made of a plastic material such as a viscous material. In that case, the upper surface of the lower mold made of the plastic material is dented by pressing the upper mold, so that a concave portion 16 is formed, and the gel 17 is filled therein. Filling can be omitted.

Further, after filling the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate into the mold frame 10 as shown in FIG. 12, the mold frame 10 is placed on a lower mold 21 having an uneven upper surface as shown in FIG. (FIG. 21) by the elastic plate 22.
Both aggregates filled into the inside of the lower mold 21 may be regarded as the uneven upper surface of the lower mold 21 and deformed to produce a tile-shaped, eight-bridge-shaped or the like molded product. In this case, the mold 10 includes a deformable peripheral frame 11 described above and a bottom sheet 12 laid under the bottom thereof.
However, the bottom surface of the deformable peripheral frame may have a closed bottom with a deformable bottom wall. As described above, in the case where the base is formed by partially or entirely deforming the mold, the mold may be deformed after the dissolvable cell dense body starts melting. Furthermore, when a solvent is used as the hardening material, it is preferable to use a mold that is insoluble in the solvent and that is easy to remove from the molded product and easy to peel off. In order to make the soluble cell cluster deformable, for example, the material of the soluble cell cluster is made of a deformable material, or a cut is made from above or below a partition wall that separates one subsection, The partition walls may be partially addressed or separated.

Further, the filling of the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate can be performed in a fine dot-like manner by a robot without manual operation. Then, after filling the pattern aggregate or the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate, it is possible to express a pattern having a unique texture of various natural stones by disturbing the boundary portion of each aggregate or the whole. .

Further, when the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate in the mold are solidified together, the inside of the mold may be pressurized by a press device, and at the time of filling of the material or from the mold. When removing the product, one or both of the mold frame and the auxiliary frame may be vibrated by a vibrator or ultrasonic waves.

When a mat having water absorbency or oil absorbency as shown in FIG. 9 is used, excess water or excess solvent can be absorbed, or the absorbed moisture or solvent can be reduced due to insufficient moisture or solvent in each aggregate. In addition, the water and the solvent in the entire molded body are made uniform by supplying the water to the part to be formed, and the water (solvent): cement (resin) ratio on the surface is reduced, so that the performance of the artificial stone is improved in strength.

The present invention is applicable not only to the blocks, cylindrical or polygonal cylindrical forming bodies, and plate-like forming bodies described above, but also to a building, for example, a building of a building, which is built by being filled in a formwork on site. The present invention can be applied to the molding of a certain ceiling slab to produce a ceiling slab having a pattern layer exposed on the upper surface or lower surface. And, inside the form to be molded, reinforcing materials such as rebar, lath net, expanded metal, various ropes and wires, etc. are incorporated in addition to the various fibers and fibers such as the above-mentioned metals and fibers to form a strong molding. The body can be manufactured. Furthermore, when the reinforcing material is laid on the previously filled base layer aggregate (or pattern aggregate), and the pattern aggregate (or base layer aggregate) is filled thereon, the filled upper and lower materials become It is possible to prevent slippage and to reinforce the bond between the pattern layer and the base layer at the interface.

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily manufacture an artificial stone molded body that expresses a pattern by exposing the pattern layer to a part or the entire surface of the pattern in a Kintaro candy style. And even if the surface of the pattern layer is worn, the expressed pattern does not disappear or become unsightly.

Further, since the pattern layer is formed of the pattern aggregate filled in the small section of the soluble cell dense body, the pattern layer can be filled with the gap without any gaps, and the dissolved cell dense dissolved cell disappeared. Since the traces are filled by the collapse of the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate, the boundary between the pattern layer and the base layer can be expressed finely, and an artificial stone molded body having a very clear pattern can be obtained.

Also, a thickly formed product may be sliced and used in the same manner as various stone materials, and the effect of Kintaro candy type can be exhibited. Furthermore, the pattern layer is made porous and water-permeable by selecting the particle size of each pattern aggregate and the filling rate of the hardening material, and the particle size of the base layer aggregate and the filling rate of the hardening material are determined. By making the base layer porous and water-permeable, or by performing both, the entire artificial stone molded body can be made porous and water-permeable. In the case of FIG. 5 and the like, the artificial stone molded body 8 having the translucent pattern can be easily obtained by using the translucent aggregate for the pattern layer.
