Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent sewage from invading a toilet seat body and to reduce the number of processes such as parts fixing and waterproofing of parts. CONSTITUTION:In a structure that a heater unit 30 is molded and fixed integrally within a toilet seat 4, a temperature overrising preventing device 70 and a seating detecting device 35 are simultaneously molded and fixed at their mounting positions, and connecting parts of the respective members are sealed at the same time. As a result of this, such problems as reproduction of various germs and generation of bad smell can be solved, keeping the toilet seat sanitary. Further, parts including a heater can be protected from bad influences such as insulation, degrading or the like, keeping the parts safe. In addition, as the toilet seat is free from such inconveniences as clogging of dirts into spaces or recesses, cleaning is very easy and the toilet seat which is heated can be always kept sanitary.

Next, the internal structure of the toilet seat portion is shown in FIGS.
Described in. The shape of the section A of the toilet seat 4 of FIG. 6 is shown in FIG. 7, and FIG. 8 shows the entire shape and a partial cross section. JP-A-64-
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 32827, a string-shaped heater 8 is attached to a main body 7 forming a surface of a toilet seat 4 injection-molded with a synthetic resin.
Is formed into a horseshoe shape or a substantially O shape by fusion bonding to an aluminum laminate film 9 to form a planar heater unit 10, and a temperature fuse 11 for preventing overheating, or
After connecting with the wiring member such as the thermostat 12 and the lead wire 13 and the like, waterproofed by a vinyl chloride tube 14 or the like is applied to the back surface of the main body 7 with the double-sided adhesive tape 15
Alternatively, it is attached to the main body 7 with an adhesive (not shown) applied to the back surface of the aluminum laminate film, and a temperature detecting device such as a thermistor 16 is arranged and fixed at a predetermined position. Further, the joint parts 19 and 20 of the toilet seat back plate 17 which is another component injection-molded from the same synthetic resin are formed into a box shape by ultrasonic welding means or heat welding means, and then the leg rubber 18 is adhered. It constitutes the toilet seat.

Next, a human body seating detection device (not shown) provided in the flush toilet seat will be described. Generally, it is provided in the case portion 3 of the main body, and a method of operating a micro switch or a pressure sensor by the toilet seat rotation shaft 6 or a method of detecting seating without contact by reflection or blocking by a seated human body by infrared rays or ultrasonic waves and so on. Further, as a method not provided in the main body case portion 3, a practically open method 62-60675 is used.
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication, a micro switch or a pressure-sensitive sensor is attached to a leg portion integrally attached to a toilet seat back plate by a separate member, and the leg rubber is directly deformed by the load of the human body. Alternatively, a system of indirectly activating the microswitch or sensor has been put into practical use.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, the heater unit 10 is attached to the back surface of the toilet seat body 7 and the two parts of the toilet seat body 7 and the back plate 17 are integrally welded, so that this welding is performed. Incomplete, joint 1
Water from urine, sewage, etc. will enter through the gap between 9 and 20.
In addition, once the sewage has entered, it does not easily escape to the outside, and it rots inside to cause the propagation of various bacteria and odor. Since the heater 8 and other parts are also adversely affected by insulation deterioration and the like, at least the connection parts of each part must be completely waterproofed. For each connection, a vinyl chloride tube 14 is used to perform high-frequency sealing and waterproofing. ing. For this reason, a large number of man-hours are required to individually make a plurality of connecting portions.

When a functional component such as seating detection is further added to the toilet seat 4 itself, such as a toilet seat for washing, the number of connecting parts is increased to inevitably increase man-hours. Therefore, there is a technical idea of integrally molding these components at the time of molding the toilet seat 4. However, in general injection molding so far, since the molten resin is injected at a high temperature and a high pressure, the heater unit 10 and these components are heated at a high temperature. And it could not be molded integrally because it could not stand the pressure and fell apart.

Next, the structure of the toilet seat leg portion 63 to which the seating detection device is attached in FIG. 2 will be described in detail. The description of the same configuration as that in FIG. 1 is omitted. The seating detection device 35 includes a leg rubber 7 having a mounting portion 37 for attaching to the micro switch 35, a spring plate 77 for pushing the operating piece 76 of the micro switch 35, and an operating convex portion 78 that comes into contact with the upper surface of the toilet by seating.
It is composed of 9. The board 38 of the mounting portion 37 is provided with a hole 75 through which the foot 74 of the micro switch 35, which is a seating detection device, and a positioning hole 39 corresponding to the mold positioning pin 58, which is provided in the second molding layer. ing. The lead wire 36 is fixed to the foot 74 of the microswitch 35 by soldering. In this way, the internal components can be completely shielded from spilled water and sewage.

Since the present invention applies the above-mentioned low-pressure molding method,
Heater unit 3 that could not be achieved by general injection molding
It is possible to simultaneously mold 0 into a horseshoe shape or a substantially O shape with a substantially arcuate cross section. As described above, the structure of the heated toilet seat of the present invention does not rely on ultrasonic waves or heat welding as in the conventional structure, and therefore there is no gap due to the joint portion between the toilet seat body and the back plate, so that urine splashes, sewage, etc. Does not enter inside the toilet seat. Further, since the seating detection device and the device for preventing excessive temperature rise are provided in the leg portion of the toilet seat, it is not necessary to make the seating surface of the toilet seat thick, and it is not necessary to individually waterproof the connecting portions of the components and the like.

As is apparent from the above embodiments, the heated toilet seat of the present invention has the following effects. (1) Simultaneously with the molding of the toilet seat body, the fixing of the heater unit and constituent parts and the connection parts of each member are completely covered with resin and sealed, so there are no gaps and the like, and toilet seats for splashing urine and sewage Propagation of miscellaneous bacteria and generation of odor caused by internal invasion are eliminated. Further, since it does not adversely affect the heater and other parts such as insulation deterioration, it is safe and hygienic. (2) It is possible to reduce the number of steps required for fixing each component and waterproofing the component by the conventional configuration. (3) Since the toilet seat body has no gaps or recesses and is not clogged with dirt, cleaning is easy and the heated toilet seat can be maintained hygienically. (4) Since the seating detection device and the overheat prevention device are provided on the legs of the toilet seat, the wall thickness of the seat surface of the toilet seat can be reduced, the moldability of the resin is improved and the weight of the material is reduced. be able to. (5) When the operating temperature of the overheat prevention device is lower than the molding temperature of the resin, only the temperature fuse can be attached even after molding, so that an arbitrary temperature can be obtained.
