Next, FIG. 6 shows the shape of the section A of the toilet seat 4 described above. Note that the configuration of this type of toilet seat 4 is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 1986-
It is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 32827, and its configuration will be explained below based on FIG. 5. That is, the toilet seat main body 7 is injection molded with synthetic resin that forms the surface of the toilet seat 4, and a string-shaped heater 8, which is formed into a unit by melt-bonding to an aluminum laminate film 9, etc., is attached to the back surface of the toilet seat main body 7 using double-sided adhesive tape 10. A back plate 11 made of the same synthetic resin and injection molded is bonded to the back surface of the toilet seat main body 7 by ultrasonic welding means or heat welding means, thereby forming the toilet seat 4 into a box shape consisting of two parts. The toilet seat main body 7 and the back plate 11 are joined over the entire circumference by welded parts 12 and 13 that fit into each other. Moreover, a plurality of shelf rubbers 15 are fixed to the back surface 14 of the back plate for load resistance or for shock prevention during opening and closing. For this reason, a gap 17 is formed between the toilet bowl top surface 16 and the entire circumference. On the other hand, the configuration of a heated toilet seat mounted on a cleansing toilet seat having a nozzle etc. is generally the same as that described above, as shown in FIG. The gap 17 tends to be enlarged depending on the position of the air outlet and the like. Therefore, although a configuration as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-58796 has been proposed, it lacks specificity in terms of implementation and does not disclose improvements in the sitting comfort of the user 19.

However, in the configuration of the conventional toilet seat 4 described above, the conditions for welding the two parts of the toilet seat body 7 and the back plate 11, that is, the temperature, pressure, time, etc., are kept constant and the welded part 12, In order to simultaneously and stably weld the inner and outer peripheries of 13, it is necessary to maintain a constant distance between the electrode or hot plate and the part to be welded. Therefore, it is desirable that the shapes of the welded parts 12 and 13 be horizontal and on the same plane. However, even if an attempt is made to improve the shape of the toilet seat body 7 in order to improve the sitting comfort of the user 19, there are restrictions on the shape of the welding conditions, that is, the shapes of the welded parts 12 and 13 must be set on the same plane. , there was less freedom in design and design, and seating comfort was sacrificed. Further, there is a problem in that the splashed water and sewage 18 from the cleaning nozzle 20 of the toilet seat shown in FIG. 7 hits the user 19 through the gap 17 between the toilet seat body 7 and the back plate 11, resulting in unsanitary conditions.

Next, by the above-mentioned low pressure press mode method,
The molding process for the toilet seat 40 of the present invention will be explained. That is, as shown in FIG. 4A, the heating element unit 46 is first set along the upper surface of the lower mold 51, and then the upper mold 5 of the half-open mold in which the heating element unit 46 is set is set.
A fixed amount of molten resin 52 made of PP or ABS resin is supplied between the heating element unit 46 and the heating element unit 46 . A through hole 55 is opened in the heat generating unit 46 facing the gate 54 so that the molten resin 52 supplied at this time can be supplied to the upper surface of the heat generating unit 46 (on the upper mold 50 side). Thereafter, after compressing as shown in the figures (B) and (C) to form the first molding layer 41, the upper mold 50 is opened halfway. At this time, the heating element unit 46 is bonded to the molding surface side, that is, the upper mold 50 and opened, so a certain amount of molten resin 52 is again supplied from the gate 54 of the lower mold 51 and compressed.
A molded layer 42 is obtained, and a heating element unit 46 is included between each molded layer 41 and 42 and bonded together.

[0014] In general injection molding, the molten resin 52 is molded at high temperature and pressure, so the heating element unit 46 breaks apart due to the temperature, injection pressure, and flow pressure of the molten resin 52, and the heating element unit 46 could not be uniformly molded in one piece. For this reason, the molding configuration shown in Utility Model Application No. 63-199699 has been proposed, but it is a high-pressure molding method, uses different synthetic resin materials for the front and back surfaces, and requires at least two molding machines and molds. It is not efficient.

However, the present invention is an application of the above-mentioned low-pressure molding method, and the pressure and flow pressure are about 1/10 lower than that of the above-mentioned general injection molding. It can be placed in the position of moreover,
Since the joining structure between the front surface and the back surface of the toilet seat main body 40 is not based on ultrasonic waves or thermal welding, there is no need for the conventional shape restrictions that make the back surface 14 of the back plate a permanent hole, and the shape of the toilet seat can be set freely. Become. Therefore, with respect to the substantially horizontal top surface 16 of the toilet facing the toilet bowl part 21, the toilet seat inner peripheral part 48 is extended in an inclined shape from the toilet seat outer peripheral part 49 toward the toilet bowl bowl part 21, so as to be close to the toilet bowl edge 22. It can be configured as follows.

FIG. 3 shows the state during cleaning when the heated toilet seat of the present invention is used as a cleansing toilet seat. That is, since the toilet seat inner peripheral portion 48 closes the gap between the toilet bowl top surface 16 and the toilet seat back surface, scattering of dirty water 18 such as washing water is prevented. Therefore, the user will not be splashed with waste water 18 during use, making it more sanitary. Further, since the inner peripheral portion 48 of the toilet seat is inclined toward the toilet ball portion 21 and extends along the shape of the buttocks, the seat is comfortable to sit on, and a comfortable feeling of use can be obtained.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description, the heated toilet seat of the present invention provides the following effects. (1) The shape of the toilet seat body can be freely set according to the shape of the buttocks, and a heated toilet seat that is comfortable to sit on can be provided. (2) The inner periphery of the toilet seat main body can be configured to extend from the outer periphery toward the bowl bowl in an inclined manner so as to be close to the rim of the toilet bowl, so that splashed water and sewage during flushing on the toilet seat can be avoided by the user. It is hygienic and prevents this. (3) The conventional step of welding the two parts of the toilet seat body and the back plate is no longer necessary, making it possible to reduce the number of parts and man-hours. (4) By integrating with synthetic resin, waterproofness and insulation properties can be imparted at the same time, so insulation of the parts themselves such as the heating element becomes unnecessary.
