【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は便所、台所、洗面所等の水場に置敷さ

本考案は上記従来の問題点を解決する手段とし

を重ねて周囲を接着密閉した袋状のマツト表皮1
の内部に面状発熱体2を敷設し、該面状発熱体2
に通電するリード線24A,25Aを該マツト表
皮1の取出し口13に取付けてあるブツシユ4の
貫通口を密貫してから外出させ、該ブツシユの4
の二重フランジ42,43によつて該取出し口1
3周縁を挟持し、更に裏面にはシール層5を設け
て該取出し口13を密封するものである。

した面状発熱体2と、該マツト表皮1の内部に敷
設され面状発熱体2の下側に位置する保温層3と
からなる。表層11は第4図に示すようにポリ塩
化ビニル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、スチレン
−ブタジエン共重合体等のプラスチツクシート1
1Aの表面に所定の模様、色彩等を付した印刷層
11Bを設け、更に該印刷層11Bの表面に透明
保護層11Cを設け、また該プラスチツクシート
11Aの裏面には耐熱性付与のためのガラス繊維
層11Dに設けたものであり該ガラス繊維層11
Eはガラス繊維の不織布、織編物等からなる。透
明保護層11Cは本考案にとつて必須のものでは
ない。また裏層12は表層11に用いられるもの
と同様なプラスチツクからなり、表層11と裏層
12とをマツト周囲の接着部10Aにおいて接着
密閉するには通常表層11の周囲と裏層12の周
囲とを直接重合して接着剤により接着するか、あ
るいは望ましくはプラスチツクシート11A、裏
層12が共に熱可塑性プラスチツクからなる時は
高周波等により溶着を行うのであるが、更に接着
強度を高めるには表層11の周囲にガラス繊維層
11Dを設けずしてプラスチツクシート11Aを
露出させるかまたは第5図に示すようにガラス繊
維層11Dの表面に薄肉のプラスチツクシート層
11Eを更に貼着してもよい。

該リード線24A、24Bは合一して絶縁層で被
覆した被覆録24とし、マツト表皮1の取出し口
13から外出させるのであるが、該取出し口13
には第6図に示すようなゴム製のブツシユ4が取
付けられ、該ブツシユ4は内部に被覆線24を密
に貫通させる貫通孔41Aを有する筒体41と、
根部に形成される二重のフランジ42,43とか
らなり該フランジ42,43間に表層11の取出
し口13周縁を挾持する。更に裏面からはエポキ
シ樹脂等からなるシール層5を設けて取出し口1

内は密閉状態であるが加熱によりマツト10内の
空気が膨張しても該空気は選択性透過層6によつ
てマツト10の外部に排出されるのでマツト10
