When electricity is applied to the sheet heating element through the lead wire, the sheet heating element generates heat and heats the mat. Even if water comes into contact with the pine surface, the periphery of the plastic surface and back layers that make up the pine skin are sealed with adhesive, and the lead wire outlet is also sealed by the bushing and sealing layer. does not allow water to enter.

Therefore, in the present invention, since a planar heating element is used as a heating means, the mat is heated uniformly and there is no risk of wire breakage, so there is almost no need for repair, and the inside of the mat can be kept in a sealed state. If the inside of the mat is sealed, water will be cut off and there will be no risk of electrical leakage.

To explain the present invention with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a mat 10 has a surface layer 11 and a back layer 12.
A pine skin 1 whose periphery is glued and sealed by the adhesive part 10A, a planar heating element 2 laid inside the pine skin 1, and a sheet heating element 2 laid inside the pine skin 1 below the sheet heating element 2. It consists of a heat insulating layer 3 located on the side. The surface layer 11 is made of a plastic sheet 1 made of polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyurethane, styrene-butadiene copolymer, etc., as shown in FIG.
A printed layer 11B with a predetermined pattern, color, etc. is provided on the surface of the plastic sheet 11A, a transparent protective layer 11C is provided on the surface of the printed layer 11B, and a glass layer for heat resistance is provided on the back surface of the plastic sheet 11A. The glass fiber layer 11 is provided on the fiber layer 11D.
E is made of glass fiber non-woven fabric, woven or knitted fabric, etc. The transparent protective layer 11C is not essential to the present invention. The back layer 12 is made of the same plastic as that used for the front layer 11, and in order to adhesively seal the front layer 11 and the back layer 12 at the adhesive part 10A around the mat, the periphery of the front layer 11 and the periphery of the back layer 12 are usually sealed. If the plastic sheet 11A and the back layer 12 are both made of thermoplastic plastic, welding may be carried out by high frequency or the like.To further increase the bonding strength, the surface layer 11 The plastic sheet 11A may be exposed without providing the glass fiber layer 11D around the glass fiber layer 11D, or a thin plastic sheet layer 11E may be further attached to the surface of the glass fiber layer 11D as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the planar heating element 2 is made by providing a heating layer 22 on the surface of a heat-resistant plastic film 21 such as polyether film by coating carbon or metal powder or vapor depositing a metal. It is common to have a configuration in which terminals 23A and 23B made of conductive material are provided on both ends, and in the case of this embodiment, a pair of the above configurations are arranged on the left and right. Then, lead wires 24A and 24 are connected to terminals 23A and 23B, respectively.
Connect B, and then connect fuse 2 to the lead wire 24A.
5 and a thermostat 26. The lead wires 24A and 24B are combined to form a cover 24 covered with an insulating layer, and are led out from the outlet 13 of the pine skin 1.
A rubber bushing 4 as shown in FIG. 6 is attached to the bushing 4, and the bushing 4 includes a cylindrical body 41 having a through hole 41A through which the covered wire 24 is passed tightly.
It consists of double flanges 42 and 43 formed at the root, and the peripheral edge of the outlet 13 of the surface layer 11 is sandwiched between the flanges 42 and 43. Furthermore, a sealing layer 5 made of epoxy resin or the like is provided from the back side to close the outlet 1.
3 and the bush 4 are sealed.

Further, window holes 14 are provided at predetermined locations in the pine skin 1, and the window holes 14 are closed by the selectively permeable layer 6. The selectively permeable layer 6 is a layer made of a material that is permeable to air but non-permeable to water, such as silicone foam or cork. The window hole 14 is not essential to the present invention.

In the above configuration, the lead wires 24A and 24B are connected to a household power source to connect the heat generating layer 22 of the sheet heating element 2
By applying electricity to the heat generating layer 22, the heat generating layer 22 is caused to generate heat, and the mat 10 is heated. At this time, the heating temperature of the mat 10 is generally adjusted by the thermostat 26 to about 50°C. Even if water comes into contact with the surface of the mat 10, the water will be removed from the adhesive area 10A around the surface layer 11 and back layer 12, the bush 4 and the seal layer 5,
and is prevented from penetrating into the mat 10 by the selectively permeable layer 6. In this way Matsutto 10
Although the inside of the mat 10 is sealed, even if the air inside the mat 10 expands due to heating, the air is discharged to the outside of the mat 10 by the selective permeable layer 6.
It does not expand itself.
