Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, because people often leave the power switch on, sleep in the car, or put something on the seat, the seat surface may become abnormally hot. For this reason, some electric heaters have a temperature control device attached to the heating surface, but most of them employ a thermostat that operates by sensing the rise in temperature of the heating surface. Therefore, if the temperature inside the vehicle increases due to the hot air heater installed in the vehicle, or if the thermostat is pressurized by a human body, it may malfunction and turn off, or if it is installed on the heating surface, foreign objects may be detected. There were some things that caused a feeling of discomfort and impaired the ride comfort. Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a seat and back part of a vehicle seat consisting of a skin part and a pad in which the cushion and the skin material are sewn apart in a timely manner. An electric heater unit having a sheet-like heating section and a temperature control device is provided, and the heater pattern of the heating section of the electric heater unit is changed from the back thigh C and back E, which are the contact areas of the human body A, to the buttocks B and waist D. Arrange them so that they become denser in order.
The temperature control device is located near the edge of the heating section where the heater patterns are most densely arranged, and also behind the inner pattern excluding the outermost pattern, and is buried between the seat skin and pad. It is constructed by enclosing and insulating the surrounding area.

Effect: With the above configuration, there is no need to rely on the temperature rise of the heating surface heater for the operation of the thermostat, which is a temperature control device, and there is no need to place the thermostat on the heating surface.
Therefore, the thermal atmosphere of the temperature control device is always stable.

Depending on the design of the seat, the heating surface 5 of the skin part 4 of the seat part 1 and the back part 2 has a cushion material 6 and a skin material 7 sewn together using a sewing machine to form a plurality of partitions 8 as shown in FIG. . A sheet-shaped electric heater unit 9 is interposed between the cushion material 6 and the skin material 7, and the skin is arranged so that a strip 10 of the electric heater unit 9, which will be described later, is placed directly under the skin material 7 of each partition 8. It is inserted through a notch 12 provided in the inner rear end surface 11 of the portion 4 to form a heating portion 5 .

As shown in FIG. 6, the electric heater unit 9 has a heater wire 14 disposed on a base member 13 made of non-woven fabric, one side of which is coated with a heat-melting adhesive 15 and an inner cloth 16 abutted, and an inner cloth 16 attached to the outermost side. The inner cloth 16 and the outer cloth 17 having the same structure are brought into contact with each other and bonded together by heat pressing to form the structure shown in FIG.
The structure shown in FIG. 7 is obtained by attaching the parts and processing the end seams 20.

As shown in FIG. 8, the temperature control device 19 controls the
The combinedly connected thermostat 22, temperature fuse 23, and lead wire 24 are inserted into the tube 25, the end faces are sealed with a high frequency seal, etc., and the lead wire 1
It extends from 8. This temperature control device 19 is located near the end edge 26 of the electric heater unit 9 at a portion 31 where the heater wires 14 are arranged most densely, and at the outermost side where the thermal atmosphere is most stable when assembled to the seat skin portion 4. Attach the bag portion 29 to the back of the pattern portion 28 on the inner side of the pattern 27 and place the thermostat 2 therein.
A second temperature sensing portion (not shown) is inserted facing the heater side. At this time, the temperature control device 19 is placed on the lower surface of the skin portion 4 of the seat so as to be buried in the pad 30.

That is, the thermostat 22 is heated by a closely arranged heater section 31, and the surrounding area is surrounded and insulated by the cushion material 6 of the skin section 4 and the pad 30 to promote temperature rise. Therefore, the set temperature of the thermostat 22 is raised to a temperature that will not cause malfunction by increasing the temperature in the vehicle interior by the hot air heater or pressurizing the human body, and still create a hot atmosphere in which the thermostat 22 can operate sufficiently. Even in the unlikely event that the temperature rises further due to failure of the thermostat 22, the circuit is constructed to be cut off by the attached temperature fuse 23. In other words, such a configuration is a temperature timer-like control system.

That is, the operating time of the thermostat 22 is such that the electric heater unit 9 is set to "high" at least for the time corresponding to the warm-up of a hot air heater mounted on the automobile and the time for the human body to adjust to the temperature of the seat. After energization, the circuit configuration should be such that the energization is "weak" to the extent that it does not cause a drop in body temperature. Therefore, in the case of vehicle seats such as automobiles, such a temperature control method is most effective.

Furthermore, with the above configuration, the temperature control section 19
Since the human body is placed away from the heating surface 5 where the human body's weight is applied, the thermostat 22 and the like will not give the human body the feeling of a foreign body when the person is seated.

In the embodiment, the heating section of the electric heater unit is formed into a rectangular shape and placed directly under the skin material, but it may be arranged in the form of a sheet between the lower surface of the skin section and the pad.

Effects of the invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the invention, the temperature rise of the thermostat of the temperature control device does not depend on the heating part heater, and the densely wired heater part and surrounding area are connected to the skin material and pad. The enclosed and insulated structure enables a temperature timer-like operation and prevents malfunctions. At the same time, the thermostat is safe because it operates reliably even when something is placed on the seat, when sleeping in the vehicle, or when the switch is left on.

Furthermore, since there is no temperature control device in the heating section, which is the seating surface for the human body, there is no feeling of a foreign body when sitting, and ride comfort is not impaired. At the same time, the stress applied to the temperature control device is reduced, resulting in significant improvements in reliability.
