The structure of the sheet-like heater unit 9 of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 8.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the sheet-like heater unit 9 of the present invention. This sheet-shaped heater unit 9
As shown in FIG. 4, a heating wire 16 is arranged in a meandering manner on a core body 17 made of a single sheet of needle-punch type non-woven fabric so as to have good bending characteristics, and a cord 12 is connected to the cord 12 by a cord connecting portion 21. Connect the code 12
A connector 13 is connected to the tip. The heating wire 16 of the core body 17 is disposed using a jig, and the inner cloth bodies 15 and 18 having a small basis weight are primarily bonded from above and below using a hot press. The inner cloth bodies 15 and 18 include
As shown in Figure 5, PE, polyamide,
A thermobonding resin 20 such as PYC is attached in dots, which are melted by heat and bonded to the core body 17. When the jig is removed at the same time as the hot pressing, the result is as shown in FIG. The core body 17 is made of elastic needle-punch type nonwoven fabric and is arranged so that the heating wire 16 is sunk.
To eliminate the feeling of a foreign body on the surface due to the protrusion of the heating wire 16.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the primary pressed material is cut into an arbitrary shape, a slit 10 is provided to form a strip section 22, and the tip of the strip section 22 is folded back to form a mounting section 11. Form. Next, outer cloth bodies 14 and 19 having a large basis weight and having adhesive 20 dotted on both sides of these structures are stacked and subjected to secondary pressing. At this time, the bonded inner and outer cloth bodies 15, 18, 14,
The directions of 19 are made to be orthogonal to each other as in the C and C' directions shown in FIG. During the secondary pressing, in the embodiment according to the present invention, the heating platen temperature was 130°C to 150°C.
A good adhesion effect was obtained by pressing at a load of 500 g/cm 2 for ~15 seconds. In addition, the inner and outer cloth bodies 15, 18, 1
The amount of adhesive resin in Nos. 4 and 19 is as small as 10 to 20 g/m 2 on the inner cloth members 15 and 18, and on the outer cloth members 14 and 1.
It was found that when 9 was set to 20 g/m 2 or more, the adhesive effect was improved. The secondary pressed material is then cut into a predetermined shape. FIG. 8 shows its appearance.

With the above structure, it is possible to obtain a sheet-shaped heater unit with stable tensile force and tearing force without much foreign body appearance of the heating wire 16 on the outer surface.
Furthermore, in order to improve the tensile force and tearing force of the strip portions 22, there are methods of using chemical fibers such as nylon or polyester for the outer cloth bodies 14 and 19, and a method of using cloth bodies made of blended yarn. Similarly, a flame-retardant fabric made of polyclar fiber may also be used. By using any of these properly depending on the purpose, it is possible to provide a sheet-like heater unit with good durability and high safety.
