That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the seat heater 5 is installed between the main pad 2 and the cover pad 3 of the seat 1, or between the seat skin 4 and the cover pad 3 (not shown).
is inserted.

It is constructed by heat welding with a synthetic resin.

The movement of the upper and lower fabrics 6 and 8 is restricted, and the flexibility of the fabrics is lost. Therefore, when it is attached to a seat, it has the disadvantage of impairing the cushioning properties of the seat itself.

Some methods of fixing the seat heater's position within the seat include sewing the seat heater fabric onto the seat skin, but in such cases, the elongation rates of the seat skin and the seat heater fabric become extremely different. However, the seat heater restricts the stretch of the seat skin when sitting on the seat, which has the disadvantage of making the seat skin feel taut.

Yes, the seat heater exhibits flexibility in the notch, and when incorporated into the seat, does not impair the cushioning properties of the seat, and also follows the movement of the seat skin, making it possible to take in heat without feeling like a foreign body. It is.

The lower cloth 9 has a plurality of notches 12 that are deeper inward than both side edges and have a certain width so as not to obstruct the wiring of the heating wires 10. In addition, upper fabric 11
is made of flexible fabric. The lower fabric 9 and the upper fabric 11 are bonded together using an adhesive resin.

The completed seat heater is shaped like a plurality of strips. This seat heater is also highly flexible as described above and follows the movement of the seat skin. Particularly, this configuration is effective when inserted into a pouch formed on the lower surface of the seat skin.
