図12(a)に図10における吹き出し口27の第2の実施形態の外観図、(b)に同(a)のE視図、図13(a)に図12(b)のF−F’断面図、図13(b)に同G−G’断面図、図13(c)に同H−H’断面図、図13(d)に同I−I’断面図を示す。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heating toilet seat device that warms a toilet seat by blowing hot air from a main body case behind the toilet seat to a heat source of a heating toilet seat device used for heat insulation and heating in a toilet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Heated toilet seats are designed not to give a sensation when a toilet user is seated on a toilet seat, and are widely used in ordinary households. A conventional heated toilet seat structure is shown in FIG. 14 and a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA ′ of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, in the conventional heating apparatus, a heat-dissipating metal foil 59 and a string-like heater 56 bonded to the metal foil 59 are fixed to the toilet seat back side 53a, and the heating toilet seat disposed behind the toilet seat. Electric power is supplied from the apparatus main body case 52, the string heater 56 is heated, and heat is transferred to the entire toilet seat 53 by the metal foil 59. Recently, there are things that make it easy to attach and detach toilet bowls and heating toilet seats, men who have been able to clean not only the front of the toilet bowl but also every corner of the upper face, have entered between the toilet bowl and the toilet seat and caused a bad odor Wipe off the splashed urine during urination to keep it clean. Furthermore, since the main body case, the toilet seat, and the toilet lid rotatably attached to the toilet seat are configured to be detachable, not only the toilet bowl but also the entire surface of the heating toilet seat main body case can be cleaned.
[0003]
However, in the conventional heating toilet seat, since the string heater 56 in the toilet seat 53 and the main body case 52 are connected by the power line 54, the toilet seat 53 can be moved only within the length of the power line 54, It cannot be washed in a large area outside the bathroom such as a bathroom. In addition, a conventional method for producing a toilet seat is that the toilet seat surface layer 53b and the bottom plate portion 53c formed of polypropylene resin or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin are fixed by vibration or ultrasonic welding. When all of the combined surfaces 53d of the bottom plate portion 53c cannot be integrated, and the toilet seat is washed in the toilet, the washing water is submerged from the unwelded portion, and the water is sprinkled when the toilet seat is opened and closed, and the inside of the toilet is soiled. In the unlikely event that a crack occurs in the insulating portion 57a of the string heater, there is a possibility of electric leakage, and only wiping and cleaning can be performed.
[0004]
The dirt that adheres to the toilet seat is not only dust and urine, but also stool that scatters when you wash the local area with a local cleaning device. This causes a vicious circle in which the next dirt is likely to adhere to the part. Therefore, there is a problem that the sticking dirt cannot be easily dealt with by wiping and cleaning. In addition, since the entire surface layer and the bottom plate are not integrated as described above, the dirt that partially enters the gap cannot be removed, causing not only the emission of bad odor but also the problem of deteriorating the appearance. .
[0005]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-151979 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-333872 provide hot air by providing a blowing port on the entire front side surface of the heating toilet seat main body case 62 disposed behind the toilet seat 63 shown in FIG. A heating toilet seat device is considered in which warm air 70 is blown from a device 65 to a sealed space 69 formed by a toilet lid 64 and a toilet seat 63 formed on the toilet seat to heat the surface of the toilet seat 63. Since this heating toilet seat device does not incorporate electric parts such as a heater in the toilet seat, a power line connecting the main body case and the toilet seat becomes unnecessary. In addition, since the surface layer and the bottom plate can be formed as a single part, there is no part of the toilet seat that is out of reach, such as a gap, and it is possible to provide a heated toilet seat device with improved cleanability that can be carried and washed anywhere other than the toilet.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the heated toilet seat device that blows warm air into the substantially sealed space between the toilet seat and the toilet lid to heat the toilet seat, the heat blown from the main body case gradually flows to the toilet seat and the toilet lid when flowing in the substantially sealed space. Since the amount of heat decreases as the wind moves, the toilet seat surface temperature decreases according to the air blowing distance. Therefore, it is structured to blow air in parallel with the toilet seat and the toilet lid so that heat can be supplied to the toilet seat front end side, but it is difficult to make a configuration that blows out hot air so that it does not contact the toilet seat toilet lid, and the toilet seat has a uniform temperature distribution There was a problem that could not be done. In addition, since the air outlets are disposed on the entire front side surface of the main body, the ability of the heater and the air blowing fan must be increased in order to blow out hot air having a uniform temperature from the air outlet having a large diameter. Further, when a person who has used the toilet before leaving the room with the toilet lid open, the sealed space is damaged and the toilet seat does not warm at all.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has a structure in which a warm air device provided in a part of the main body case is directly blown onto the toilet seat, so that the entire surface of the toilet seat can be uniformly heated even without a toilet lid. Can do. It is another object of the present invention to provide a heating toilet seat device that can eliminate the need for a power line between the main body case and the toilet seat and improve the cleanability, and can be compactly designed with reduced parts.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problems and actions / effects]
In the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is arranged in a duct for blowing air and heating the air blown by the blower fan into warm air. A heater, a control unit that controls the rotation speed of the blower fan and the amount of heat generated by the heater, a main body case that houses the blower fan, the heater, and the control unit, and a toilet seat disposed in front of the main body case And a duct that communicates with the duct and opens on the front side surface of the main body case and blows warm air at an acute angle with respect to the toilet seat surface, and is disposed in the duct and extends horizontally and vertically. A heated toilet seat device that distributes the warm air to each other, wherein a plurality of the wind direction indicating members are provided vertically spaced apart from each other, and an upper wind direction indicating member and a toilet seat surface are provided. Who to angle, provided so as to be smaller than the angle between the lower side of the wind direction indicating member and the seat surface The amount of warm air blown from the outlet is configured so that the lower side is smaller than the upper side. It is characterized by that.
[0009]
In the present invention, since the blowing angle of the warm air blown from the main body case is arranged at an acute angle with respect to the toilet seat, the warm air directly reaches the toilet seat surface regardless of the open / closed state of the toilet lid, and warms the entire toilet seat be able to. This system does not require a heater inside the toilet seat, so there are no electric wires such as power lines between the body case and the toilet seat, and if the toilet seat and toilet lid attachment / detachment mechanism is provided, it can be cleaned outside the toilet. become. In addition, since the gap between the toilet seat surface layer and the bottom plate portion, which could not be eliminated in the conventional manufacturing method, is integrally formed in the present invention, it can be cleaned over the details of the toilet seat, and a clean heating toilet seat device can be provided. In addition, since the amount of heat of the hot air blown from the outlet gradually decreases according to the distance due to convection, in order to make the entire surface of the toilet seat a uniform temperature, not the main body case side of the toilet seat, but the longitudinal direction of the toilet seat It is desirable to provide a blowing angle so that warm air is mainly blown between the center of the toilet and the front end of the toilet seat. If the blowout angle is too narrow, the warm air is likely to move upward, and the amount of heat that moves forward is greater than the amount of heat that is transmitted to the toilet seat. Therefore, the toilet seat and the outlet are configured so that the outlet angle is 10 ° or more. It is desirable to do.
In the present invention, the warm air blown from the air outlet by the air direction indicating member is divided in the vertical direction, and the hot air blown from the air outlet reaches the entire surface of the toilet seat. The whole toilet seat can be warmed with a compact outlet. As a result, the capacity of the blower fan and the heater can be set to the minimum necessary, and a compact design with reduced parts can be achieved.
In the present invention, a plurality of the wind direction indicating members are provided vertically spaced apart from each other, and the angle formed by the upper wind direction indicating member and the toilet seat surface is the angle formed by the lower wind direction indicating member and the toilet seat surface. Compared to the toilet seat, the angle of warm air blown from the outlet is gradually reduced from the base of the toilet seat to the front of the toilet seat, so the warm air collides in the space above the toilet seat and becomes turbulent The entire toilet seat can be heated because it reaches the toilet seat without any problems.
In the present invention, the amount of warm air blown from the outlet is configured so that the lower side is smaller than the upper side, so the amount of air at the front of the toilet seat that is far from the outlet is larger than that at the base of the toilet seat. Even when warm air blown from the outlet gradually decreases in the air due to convection, the amount of heat received by the toilet seat on the toilet seat becomes uniform across the entire surface, providing a heated toilet seat with no temperature unevenness . Also, if the airflow on the base side is reduced, the wind that reaches the toilet seat is reflected to the front side of the toilet seat and does not collide with the wind that reaches the front of the toilet seat, so the entire surface temperature rises without hindering heat transfer to the toilet seat Can be made.
00 10 ]
Claims in the present invention 2 The described invention is characterized in that the upper and lower widths of the plurality of spaces partitioned by the wind direction indicating member are narrower in the lower space than in the upper space.
00 11 ]
In the present invention, since the amount of air blown from the outlet is changed by the interval between the air direction indicating member and the air direction indicating member, that is, the passage area, the air amount and the passage area are in a proportional relationship, and therefore correspond to the toilet seat front end side. If the space above the outlet is widened and the passage area is increased, the amount of air blown out from that part becomes larger than the amount of air blown out from the lower side of the outlet corresponding to the toilet seat base, and the amount of heat received by the toilet seat on the toilet seat is uniform over the entire surface. Become.
00 12 ]
Claims in the present invention 3 According to the present invention, the blow-out port is disposed only at substantially the center of the front side surface of the main body case, and extends horizontally inside the first case to distribute the warm air in the vertical direction and the first wind direction indicating member. And a second wind direction indicating member that extends vertically and distributes warm air in the horizontal direction.
00 13 ]
In the present invention, the first wind direction indicating member that distributes the warm air in the vertical direction and the second wind direction indicating member that distributes the hot direction in the vertical direction are configured inside the air outlet, so that the wind entering from the inlet side of the air outlet is formed. To uniformly reach the toilet seat longitudinal direction and the left-right direction along the first and second wind direction indicating members, the entire toilet seat is heated evenly by providing a blowout port at one central portion of the main body case. This provides a comfortable heating toilet seat and a compact design.
00 14 ]
Claims in the present invention 4 The present invention is characterized in that an angle formed by the second wind direction indicating member and the rear end of the toilet seat is increased from the upper part of the outlet to the lower part of the outlet.
00 15 ]
In the present invention, the angle formed between the second wind direction indicating member and the rear end of the toilet seat, that is, the angle formed between the second wind direction supporting member and the left and right direction of the toilet seat is large in the lower layer portion of the outlet and corresponds to the front end portion of the toilet seat. Since the upper layer of the air outlet is small, heat can be concentrated on the toilet seat even at the front of the toilet seat, which is far away from the air outlet and the amount of heat is easy to disperse. Can do.
00 16 ]
Claims in the present invention 5 In the described invention, the toilet seat is rotatably supported by the main body, and the heating toilet seat device has toilet seat opening / closing detection means for detecting opening / closing of the toilet seat, and the toilet seat opening / closing detection means detects a toilet seat open state. Then, the control unit limits the operation of the blower fan and the heater.
00 17 ]
The present invention detects the toilet seat open state at the time of male urination, etc., by the toilet seat opening / closing detection means provided in the heating toilet seat device, and can reduce the amount of warm air blown on the toilet seat surface and the air temperature. When the positional relationship between the outlet for heating the surface and the toilet seat deviates, there is no fear of locally heating the toilet seat, and a heated toilet seat device that can also ensure safety can be provided. In general, since the seating rate is low when the toilet seat is in the open state, an energy-saving heating toilet seat device that suppresses excess power can be provided by reducing or stopping the air volume of the blower fan and the energization amount to the heater.
00 18 ]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A heating toilet seat apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
(Embodiment 1) FIG. 1 is an external view of a heating toilet seat device, FIG. 2 is a state diagram in which a user is seated, FIG. 3 is a toilet seat and toilet lid attaching / detaching structure diagram, and FIG. FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of the hot air outlet. 6 is a state diagram at the time of male urination, FIG. 7 is a sectional view of the wind direction indicating member, FIG. 8 is an external view in which a child toilet seat is stacked on the toilet seat, and FIG. .
00 19 ]
The heating toilet seat device 1 includes a toilet seat 3 that is rotatably attached to the main body case 2 and a toilet lid 4 that is also rotatably attached to the main body case 2 above the toilet seat 3. Since the main body case 2 and the toilet seat 3 and the main body case 2 and the toilet lid 4 have a simple detachable structure, they can be detached. When the toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 are in an open state (FIG. 1 is a state in which the toilet seat is closed and the toilet lid is in an open state), the hooking portion 80a of the mounting member 80 inserted in the toilet seat side hinge portion is shown in FIG. When it is rotated in the C direction, the fitting of the recessed portion 85a of the projection member 85 on the main body side is released, and the toilet seat 3 can be removed from the main body case 2 by pulling it upward. The toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 can be removed simultaneously by rotating the toilet seat 3 and the toilet seat 4 coaxially and providing the mounting member on a common bearing portion. The attachment / detachment structure is not limited to this structure. The one-push attachment / detachment using the heart cam mechanism, the coupler that can be attached / detached with one touch, the quick fastener, the snap fit, etc. Any of them may be used.
00 20 ]
The main body case 2 has a blower fan 5 for blowing air, a heater 6 for heating the air sent from the blower fan 5 to the downstream side, and a blowout port on the front side of the main body case 2 facing the toilet seat 3 on the downstream side. 7. A wind direction indicating member 8 is disposed inside the outlet 7. The wind direction indicating member 8 may be integrally formed by injection molding, or a plate-like member may be stretched over the opposing end surfaces of the outlet 7 in the vertical direction. A temperature detection element (not shown) for measuring the temperature of the hot air is disposed between the heater 6 and the outlet 7, and the toilet seat surface temperature is estimated based on the signal of the temperature detection element, A control unit 10 for controlling the number of revolutions and the amount of heat generated by the heater 6 is also disposed in the main body case. In addition, a toilet seat opening / closing detection element 13 for detecting the opening / closing state of the toilet seat 3 is also configured in the main body case. The controller 10 is programmed in advance to reduce or stop the energization amount to reduce surplus energy. A blower opening of the blower fan 5, a heater 6, a temperature detection element, and a blowout opening 7 are formed in the duct 11.
00 21 ]
The blower fan 5 sucks air in the toilet from the suction port 9, is heated by the heater 6, passes through the blowout port 7, and is blown onto the toilet seat 3. Since the outlet 7 is inclined toward the toilet seat 3 so as to have an acute relationship with the toilet seat 3, it is possible to blow warm air on the toilet seat 3 regardless of whether the toilet lid 4 is opened or closed. In order to warm the entire toilet seat uniformly, it is desirable to arrange a wind direction indicating member 8 inside the outlet 7 so that the warm air reaches each part of the toilet seat 3. Instead of the wind direction indicating member 8, the air outlet 7 may be divided into a plurality of parts. The positional relationship between the air outlet 7 and the toilet seat 3 is such that the upper end of the air outlet 7 or the uppermost step 8a of the airflow direction indicating member 8 is set to an angle θ1 so as to face 3b between the front end 3a of the toilet seat 3 and the central portion 3c of the toilet seat. It is desirable to provide it. The angle θ1 of the wind direction indicating member varies depending on the location of the outlet 7 in the main body case 2 and the shape of the toilet seat 3, but is preferably set to 10 ° or more. If the blowing angle θ is narrower than 10 °, it is not desirable because warm air tends to move upward and the amount of energy that escapes to the toilet seat tip 3a side increases due to heat transfer to the toilet seat. Further, the angle of the direction indicator plate other than θ1 can be arbitrarily set so as to blow warm air to the portion of the toilet seat that is desired to be warmed. However, if θ1 ≦ θ2 ≦ θ3 ≦ θ4, the hot air blown from the adjacent wind direction indicating member 8 Since it reaches the toilet seat 3 without colliding above the toilet seat, a target temperature distribution can be obtained reliably.
00 22 ]
The air volume of the blower fan 5 and the amount of heat of the heater 6 can be set arbitrarily depending on the ambient temperature inside and outside the toilet, the airflow inside the toilet, and how the sun shines. It is better to set the number of revolutions lower. When the rotational speed is reduced and the air volume is reduced, the amount of heat taken by the heater 6 is reduced and the hot air temperature is increased, so that the toilet seat 3 can be warmed more efficiently. However, the heat resistance temperature of the duct 11, the air outlet 7 and the wind direction indicating member 8 must be increased, and is it a heat resistant resin such as polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin, polyphenylene ether (modified PPO) resin or the like? It is better to use a metal material such as aluminum, copper or stainless steel. Further, if the air volume is reduced, warm air will not reach the toilet seat front end 3a. Therefore, the design procedure is to first set the air volume of the blower fan 5 that can reliably blow air to the toilet seat front end 3a, and quickly lift the toilet seat 3 under each environment. It is better to set a heater 6 that can be heated. At this time, the toilet lid 4 shaped so as not to interfere with the warm air blown from the outlet 7 is closed, the toilet lid 4 and the toilet seat 3 are made into a substantially sealed space, and the heat blown from the outlet 7 is caused by convection. Escape can be prevented and the toilet seat 3 can be warmed more quickly. At the same time, the space 15a in the toilet 15 can also be warmed, and a comfortable thermal environment can be provided without the human body being cooled by radiation cooling from the toilet 15 while seated.
00 23 ]
In general, the amount of heat of the warm air blown from the outlet 7 decreases according to the distance from the outlet 7 to the toilet seat 3, so that the amount of heat received on the toilet seat is blown from the wind direction indicating member 8. It is desirable to change the air volume depending on the target. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7A, the distance between the wind direction indicating members 8a and 8b corresponding to the toilet seat 3b is wider than that of 8d and 8e, and the pressure loss distribution in the outlet 7 is changed, so that the warm air is What is necessary is just to comprise so that it can pass through between wind direction instruction | indication members 8a and 8b more than another part. The setting of the pressure loss is not limited to the interval between the wind direction indicating members 8, and a shielding member 20 that blocks the wind is arranged on the inlet side of the wind direction indicating member 8 as shown in FIG. If the center of the wind flow is shifted and the center is arranged at a portion where the air volume is desired to be increased and the portion where the air flow is desired to be reduced is removed from the center, or if a bent portion exists between the blower fan 5 and the outlet 7, the bent portion Since the air volume outside the exit increases due to centrifugal force, the outside wind is configured to be directed toward the toilet seat 3b, or a member that blocks the wind flow is provided on the entrance side of the wind direction indicating member to reduce the air volume. May be. When the amount of air blown from the outlet 7 is changed according to the distance from the toilet seat in this way, the amount of heat reaching the toilet seat 3 becomes constant over the entire toilet seat, and a uniform temperature distribution can be obtained.
00 24 ]
Further, instead of changing the pressure loss distribution, the angle of the wind direction indicating member 8 is adjusted so that the warm air reaches the front side from the toilet seat base side, and the warm air is concentrated slightly in the front center 3b of the toilet seat in the longitudinal direction. You can also make it. FIG. 7C shows the optimum outlet structure for uniformly warming the entire toilet seat by adjusting the angle of the wind direction indicating member 8 and the interval as described above. The angle formed between the wind direction indicating member and the toilet seat surface is set such that the angle θ15 corresponding to the body case side of the toilet seat is set to θ11 ≦ θ12 ≦ θ13 ≦ θ14 ≦ θ15 from the angle θ11 corresponding to the front end side of the toilet seat. When the air passage d6 corresponding to the body case side of the toilet seat is set to d1 ≧ d2 ≧ d3 ≧ d4 ≧ d5 ≧ d6 from the air passage d1 corresponding to the front end side, the toilet seat does not flow and turbulently collide with hot air on the upper surface of the toilet seat. The amount of hot air reaching the entire surface is constant.
00 25 ]
The configuration of the wind direction indicating member 8 can be changed according to the temperature distribution required by the toilet seat 3, and for a user who tends to sit on the front side 3a of the toilet seat like a woman, the wind direction indicating member is more extreme than the above setting. It is better to set the distance between 8a and 8b so that the temperature of 3a to 3b becomes high. In addition, when it is desired to make the portion of the human body that is the most weighty when sitting on the toilet seat, the interval between the wind direction indicating members 8 corresponding to that portion may be increased.
00 26 ]
With the above configuration, when the toilet seat opening / closing detection element 13 detects that the toilet seat is in the closed state, the room temperature is detected by the temperature detection element arranged in the duct 11 in advance, and the surface temperature of the toilet seat is assumed. The controller 10 calculates the amount of heat corresponding to the difference between the set temperature adjusted by the user and the toilet seat surface temperature, and controls the energization amount to the heater 6 and the blower fan 5. When the difference between the surface temperature and the set temperature is large, the energization amount to the heater 6 and the blower fan 5 is increased, and the program is set so as to decrease the energization amount as the difference decreases. In the present invention, the toilet seat temperature is not measured directly, but is assumed from the temperature in the duct 11 and the temperature in the toilet. Therefore, when the user is seated continuously, the outlet 7 In some cases, it may not be possible to recognize that the temperature of the toilet seat is higher than the amount of heat supplied from. In that case, it is assumed that the temperature of the toilet seat is raised from the seating time of the user, and the energization amount to the heater 6 and the blower fan 5 is limited or stopped for a certain time from the moment of sitting, so that the set temperature can be maintained. It is set. On the other hand, when the toilet seat opening / closing detection element 13 detects the open state, the energization amount of the heater 6 and the blower fan 5 is limited or stopped as described above. If the user leaves the toilet seat open state, the toilet seat 3 is moved to. Since the supply of heat remains restricted and the next user may sit down, there is a possibility of generating a sense of nearness, so a human body detection sensor that can detect the distance to the user or the direction of movement of the user is provided, When the user leaves while the toilet seat is open, a notification means for notifying the toilet seat open state with a buzzer or LED display is provided to prompt the user to close the toilet seat, or an electric member is provided on the hinge portion of the toilet seat, When the user leaves, the toilet seat may be automatically closed and air blowing to the toilet seat 3 may be resumed. If the heater 6 and the blower fan 5 are capable of supplying a sufficient amount of heat, the body case 2 has a built-in human body detection sensor that can detect that a human body has entered the toilet. In synchronism with the timing of entering the room based on the distance or the direction of movement of the user, energization of the heater 6 and the blower fan 5 is started, and the surface of the toilet seat 3 feels dull until the user is seated. It is possible to provide an energy-saving heating toilet seat device that can be heated up to a temperature that does not require standby power.
00 27 ]
In the present invention, a warm air blowing unit is provided in the main body case 2 of the heating toilet seat device 1, and warm air is blown out from the unit toward the toilet seat 3 to warm it. There is no need for a thermistor for detecting the toilet seat temperature, and there are no wires connecting the main body case 2 and the toilet seat 3, and at the same time, it is possible to form a single component without welding the surface layer and the bottom plate of the toilet seat. For this reason, there is no heat transfer from the heater for the thickness of the welding allowance, and it is difficult to dispose the string heater on the inner periphery of the toilet seat, and there are products that cannot heat the part due to variation in mass production. However, in the present invention, the buttocks entered the toilet seat and contacted the non-heated portion of the inner periphery, giving unpleasant feeling. However, the present invention blows warm air from the outside to heat the toilet seat. If the air blowing direction is set to the inner periphery side of the toilet seat, a comfortable heating toilet seat can be provided for all users. In addition, if the toilet seat and toilet lid simple attachment / detachment mechanism are provided, it can be washed outside the toilet room such as a bathroom without worrying about the safety against water removal and heater leakage from the conventional toilet seat welding gap, Even if filth is stuck on the back of the toilet seat, it can be easily washed off. In conventional care, the paper was rubbed with a water-soluble paper with alcohol attached beforehand, so the toilet seat forming resin was scratched, and dirt that adhered after cleaning easily entered the wound. In addition to creating a vicious circle, it has been considered that the design quality is lowered due to scratches. However, according to the present invention, cleanliness and design quality can always be maintained. Furthermore, since the toilet seat 3 is formed of a single part, it is highly recyclable and is an environmentally friendly heating toilet seat device. Further, since only the toilet seat becomes hot at low temperatures and low humidity in winter, and the humidity of the portion is further lowered, an ion generator is built in the duct 11 and ions are blown onto the toilet seat 3 by the blower fan 5. Static electricity generated when the user leaves the toilet seat 3 can be eliminated, adhesion of dust and dust can be suppressed, and cleanliness can be maintained. The toilet seat 3 and toilet lid 4 are not limited to those of the same manufacturer or model as the main body case. The toilet seat surface can be heated even when a skeleton-type item that has been attracting attention is adopted or a character product is arbitrarily replaced. When the material is different, the heat transfer rate to the human body and the thermal sensation are different, and therefore the same temperature sensation can always be provided by providing a material change switch so that the toilet seat heating amount can be changed each time. Conventionally, warm toilet seats of the type used on the heated toilet seat 3 such as the child toilet seat 25 shown in FIG. 8 and a soft toilet seat (not shown) that absorbs the impact when sitting, which is an elderly consideration product, are warm. Although the present invention cannot provide a feeling, the present invention blows warm air to the uppermost toilet seat, and thus is a toilet seat heating device that can be used in all use situations.
00 28 ]
In the present invention, since the warm air blown from the main body case is blocked by the human body while sitting, the toilet seat surface cannot be heated, but the toilet seat temperature is substantially the same as the skin temperature, so even if sitting for a long time, There is almost no movement and the thighs do not feel cold. On the contrary, since warm air hits the hips from the buttocks near the center of the human body, a comfortable warm feeling can be provided. Furthermore, blowing warm air with the toilet lid closed can also warm the filth discharge space sealed with the toilet bowl and toilet seat, which was impossible with conventional toilet seats. A comfortable heating toilet seat device can be provided without the inside of the unit being cooled by radiation cooling from the toilet. When the heater 6 is de-energized and the air blown from the blower fan 5 is blown out of the blowout port 7 as it is, when the temperature and humidity in summer are unpleasant and uncomfortable, when sitting, the thigh is at the thigh. The cool breeze 35 hits from 30b to the back side 30c of the knee and can provide a comfortable feeling. Also, if you keep blowing for a while after sitting, the moisture evaporated from the skin while sitting can remove the moisture condensed on the toilet seat and the partial warming warmed by the skin temperature of the human body, which is comfortable for the next user Can propose an environment.

(Embodiment 2) FIG. 10 shows a top view of the second embodiment, and FIGS. 11 and 12 show the outlet of FIG. FIG. 13 shows a cross-sectional view of each stage of FIG.
00 30 ]
The heating toilet seat device 21 includes a main body case 22, a toilet seat 23, and a toilet lid (not shown), and a blow-out port 27 is disposed at a substantially central portion of the front side surface of the main body case 22. A warm air generator and a control unit are also configured in the main body case 22. Detailed configuration and warm air blowing control are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted. FIG. 11 shows a first form of the air outlet 27. Inside the air outlet 27, a second air direction indicating member 28 for distributing warm air in the left-right direction of the toilet seat is arranged. The second wind direction indicating members 28a, 28b, 28c, 28d, 28e, and 28f are symmetrically directed toward the outside so that the angle formed with the toilet seat rear end surface 23z is θ21 ≧ θ22 ≧ θ23. Since it is set small, warm air can be easily blown over the entire toilet seat. Therefore, a compact heating toilet seat device is possible without providing a plurality of outlets. In order to supply heat to the toilet seat more reliably and efficiently, if the outlet is inclined toward the toilet seat so that the angle formed by the toilet seat 23 and the outlet 27 becomes an acute angle, the entire surface of the toilet seat can be warmed even without the toilet lid. The wind reaches and is desirable.
00 31 ]
12A is an external view of the second embodiment of the outlet 27 in FIG. 10, FIG. 12B is an E view of FIG. 13A, and FIG. 13A is an FF in FIG. FIG. 13B is a sectional view taken along the line GG ′, FIG. 13C is a sectional view taken along the line HH ′, and FIG. 13D is a sectional view taken along the line II ′. As shown in FIG. 12, in the present invention, the warm air is distributed up and down, and the first wind direction indicating member 29 that is inclined toward the toilet seat so as to reach the toilet seat and the warm air are also distributed in the left-right direction. A second wind direction indicating member 28 is formed between the wind direction indicating members. Since the first wind direction indicating member has the same design concept as that of the first embodiment, the details are omitted. The first and second wind direction indicating members may be integrally formed in a honeycomb shape by injection molding as shown in FIG. 12A, or may be formed in a lattice shape using a plate material. The second wind direction indicating member is configured symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the outlet 27 in the direction of warm air passing, and corresponds to the toilet seat rear end side 23a from the outlet upper layer portion (FIG. 13a) corresponding to the toilet seat front end side 23b. The angle formed between the second wind direction indicating member 28 and the toilet seat rear end 23z toward the outlet lower layer portion (FIG. 13d) is configured as θ24 ≦ θ25 ≦ θ26 ≦ θ27. Therefore, it is possible to blow warm air from each of the subdivided outlets only to the corresponding part on the toilet seat 23, and to minimize the amount of heat that is blown outside the toilet seat. Become. Further, as shown in FIGS. 13A to 13C, second air direction indicator plates 28a, 28b, and 28c for blocking air flow toward the center side of the toilet seat are provided, and as shown in FIG. If only the air is blown to the center side and the outlet passage area 24b at the center of the entrance side 27a is narrowed, the optimum amount of heat can be supplied to the entire surface of the toilet seat according to the distance between the outlet 27 and the toilet seat 23, and there is no temperature unevenness. Heating toilet seat device can be provided. In the present invention, the blowout port 27 is set at the center of the front side surface of the main body case 22. However, in the case of interference with a local cleaning device or the like, it is not limited to this structure, and may be provided at a position offset from the center. good. In that case, it is desirable to set the first and second wind direction indicating members so that the same amount of heat can be supplied to each part of the toilet seat in consideration of the distance between the subdivided outlet and the toilet seat.
00 32 ]
As described above, when the air outlet 27 is designed so as to blow air from the central portion of the main body case 22 to the entire surface of the toilet seat 23, the back surface of the human body that feels cold when exposed to the seat while heating the entire surface of the toilet seat by a compact hot air generator. The amount of heat can be supplied over a wide range and substantially uniformly, and a comfortable heating toilet seat device becomes possible.
