[0003] A in the figure shows a cross section of the toilet seat 4. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 7, the inside of the toilet seat portion 4 includes a temperature fuse or a sheet heater 8 formed by melting and bonding a string heater 8 to an aluminum laminate film 9 in a horseshoe shape or an approximately O shape. After connecting the overheat prevention device 11 made of a thermostat with a wiring member such as a lead wire 13, both ends are waterproofed with a high-frequency seal with a vinyl chloride tube 14, and the heater unit 10 is formed by injection molding a synthetic resin toilet seat. The back surface of the main body 7 forming the front surface 4 is bonded to the back surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 15 or the adhesive (not shown) applied to the back surface of the aluminum laminated film. Furthermore, a temperature detector 16 such as a thermistor is disposed at a predetermined position, and a back plate 17 of another part injection-molded with a synthetic resin is joined at joints 18 and 19 by ultrasonic welding means or heat welding means. The toilet seat 4 was formed by welding in a box shape and bonding the leg rubber 12 to the back plate 17. (For example,

As a countermeasure, a technique has been disclosed in which components such as the main body 7, the back plate 17, and the heater unit 10 are integrally formed. (See, for example,
The contents disclosed so far based on this technical concept are often based on an injection molding method. In this method, after holding the components such as the heater unit 10 in the closed space of the mold, the molten resin is injected at a high temperature and a high pressure. There was a problem that it could not be integrally disposed at a suitable position.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the heater unit 20 has a through hole 21 in the center, and is a sheet or film having a thickness similar to the outer shape of the toilet seat portion 4 and having the same material as the molding layer and having a thickness of 1 mm or less. And a string-shaped heater 23 (hereinafter referred to as a heater wire) having an outer diameter of about 2 mm in which a resistance heating wire such as a copper-nickel alloy or a stainless steel wire is coated with silicon or Teflon, and a heat conductive material having an adhesive material on one surface. It is composed of a heat equalizing plate 24 punched into a horseshoe or O-shape according to the shape of a good aluminum sheet toilet seat.

The method of manufacturing the heater unit 20 is such that the heater wires 23 wired in a pattern indicated by the dashed line in FIG. That is, the adhesive is fixed by the heat equalizing plate 24 with the adhesive so that the unevenness does not occur on the substrate 22 side.

Next, a process of forming a heating toilet seat using the above-described heater unit 20 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG.
As shown in (a), the lower mold 28 of the upper and lower separation mold composed of a pair of upper mold 27 and lower mold 28 has two molten resin supply paths 33 and 35 and gate ports 34 and 36 corresponding thereto. The through holes 21 of the heater unit 20 are respectively formed.
Is positioned and set so as to match the gate opening 36 of the lower mold 28. In this embodiment, two gate openings 34 and 36 are provided in the horizontal direction, but the direction and the number may be determined as appropriate, and are not limited thereto. The through holes 21 are provided to guide the molten resin to the upper surface of the heater unit 20. As described above, since the base material 22 of the heater unit 20 is preformed according to the shape of the seat surface of the toilet seat portion 4, it can be optimally and easily positioned when setting between the molds. Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the gate 34 of the lower mold 28 in which the heater unit 20 is set and half-opened is opened, and a thermoplastic molten resin 32 such as ABS or PP is supplied to the heater unit 2.
A fixed amount is supplied to the lower surface of 0. Next, as shown in FIG. 4C, when the upper mold 27 is closed, compressed and cooled almost simultaneously, the second molding layer 31 constituting the back surface of the toilet seat 4 is obtained. At this time, the base material 22 of the heater unit 20 is not melted because the base material 22 of the heater unit 20 is cooled in close contact with the upper mold 27 regardless of the material of the same type as the molten resin. Further, the heater wire 23 of the heater unit 20 does not melt due to the action of the heat equalizing plate 24. Therefore, by forming the heater wire 23 so as to be convex toward the heat radiating plate 24 so as to increase the contact area, the biting property with the molten resin 32 is improved. Further, the welding strength is increased by leaving the unattached portion 29 of the base material 22 around the heat equalizing plate 24. Furthermore, the soaking plate 24
By exposing the base material 22 by partially opening a hole (not shown) between the heater wires 23, the molten resin 32 can be more firmly welded.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4D, when the upper mold 27 is opened again and the gate port 36 is opened, a fixed amount of the molten resin 32 is again supplied onto the base material 22 of the heater unit 20. You. Then, the first molding layer 30 constituting the surface of the toilet seat portion 4 is obtained by repeating compression and cooling again in the order of FIG. At this time, the base member 22 of the heater unit 20 is located at an intermediate position between the molding layers 30 and 31, and is therefore difficult to be cooled. Therefore, the base material 22
Is substantially in a molten state and is compatible with the molding layer, so that the heater unit 20 is completely integrated between the second molding layer 31 on the back surface of the toilet seat portion 4 and each molding layer of the first molding layer 30 on the front surface. . Although not shown, it goes without saying that the components are completely covered with the resin at the same time when the heater unit 20 is fixed. The molded article is taken out of the mold through the above steps, and the molding step is completed.

[0015] As shown in FIG.
Resin portion 25 corresponding to the central hole of toilet seat 4
Is cut at the position shown by the two-dot chain line C in the post-processing. The cutting direction is a vertical direction for convenience, but the cutting may be suitably performed as appropriate. Normally, the end surface of the base material 22 of the heater unit 20 appears as a streak on a cut surface 26 on the inner periphery of the toilet seat portion 4.
If the base material 22 is a resin material different from the molding layers 30 and 31 and is incompatible with each other, gaps and seams are formed due to a difference in molding shrinkage between the two layers. In addition, they accumulate and cause stain streaks and odors that cannot be removed by cleaning, and also cause delamination.

However, since the base material 22 of the heater unit 20 of the present embodiment is a sheet or film of the same material as the molding layers 30, 31, it is compatible with the molding layers 30, 31 to improve the adhesion. The streaks of the base material 22 do not remain on the cutting surface 26 of the cutting trace of the toilet seat 4. Each molding layer 3
Since there is no seam between 0 and 31, there is no intrusion of urine or sewage, and it is in an extremely good state. Further, the resin portion 25 to be cut off and discarded is made of the same material as the molding layers 30 and 31 and is made of a material different from that of the molding layers 30 and 31, so that it can be reused.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. (1) The base material 22 of the heater unit 20 includes
Since it is compatible with and adheres to 31, even if the central hole of the toilet seat portion 4 is cut by post-processing, the cut end face does not have a streak of the base material 22 or a seam between the molding layers 30 and 31, and the Since sewage and sewage do not enter inside, generation of offensive odor and insulation deterioration can be prevented. (2) The base material 22 of the heater unit 20 includes
31 to improve adhesion and prevent delamination. (3) The resin material in the central hole of the toilet seat portion 4 to be cut off and discarded is the same material as the molding layers 30 and 31 and different types of materials are not mixed. (4) Since a streak of the base material 22 of the heater unit 20 and a seam of each of the molding layers 30 and 31 do not occur on the cut end surface, there is no gap or unevenness, and the cleaning property is improved. (5) The number of steps required for waterproofing individual components can be reduced.
