2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of a conventional towed suspension vehicle for carrying personnel, luggage, etc., which is suspended by an elevated rail and towed by a rope. In the figure, in the towed suspension vehicle, a vehicle 12 is suspended by a traveling device (carriage) 15 that is guided and moved by being supported by a rail 1, and a rope 4 that circulates around a fixed receiving wheel 5 is wound. It is designed to be driven by gripping it through the gripping device 6 attached to the traveling device 15, and is installed along the elevated railroad track by equipping the traveling device of the vehicle with a driving device such as a monorail. Compared to a self-propelled suspension type vehicle that collects electricity from overhead lines and travels, it is lighter in weight, and it is possible to easily manufacture rails, columns that support the rails, foundations, etc. It is not necessary to mount the vehicle on the vehicle, and the problem of noise is eliminated. In addition, since the vehicle is supported and guided by a rail, it is possible to travel more stably against wind and the like than a ropeway, and it is possible to travel in a horizontal curved line, which is impossible in a ropeway or the like. Reference numeral 16 is a traveling wheel, and 17 is a guide wheel for guiding the traveling device 15 along the rail 1.
When the vehicle 12 is horizontal and straight, the rope 4 that pulls the traveling device 15 is located on the center line of the vehicle 12.

In the conventional towed suspension type vehicle as described above, the rail 1 which supports and guides the traveling device 15 has a predetermined radius of curvature as shown by a chain line in the figure. It is erected horizontally, but the rope 4
Is wound and stretched around a fixed receiving ring 5 installed at a fixed position at the upper end of the column, and the fixed receiving lines 5 are stretched linearly. Therefore, when the traveling device 15 passes through the intermediate point of the fixed receiving wheel 5, as shown in FIG.
Position and the center of the vehicle 12, that is, the grip portion 1 at the tip of the gripping machine 6
A deviation S occurs from the center of the cord 3, and the cord 4 travels in a state in which the cord 4 is forcibly pulled from the normal position shown by the chain double-dashed line to the center position of the vehicle 12 shown by the solid line. Four
The horizontal positional relationship between the fixed receiving ring 5 and the fixed receiving ring 5 changes and becomes unstable, and the risk of detaching from the fixed receiving ring 5 increases.
Further, in the fixed receiving wheel 5, when the traveling device 15 passes through the fixed receiving wheel 5, the center of the line 4 wound around the fixed receiving wheel 5 is aligned with the center of the vehicle 12 in the width direction as shown in FIG. Since it is attached, the grip portion 13 at the tip of the gripping machine 6 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the receiving wheel 5 so as to ride on the outer peripheral surface of the catching wheel 5, and the vehicle 1 passes through the gripping machine 6.
It gives a shock to 2 and significantly deteriorates the riding comfort.

The rail 1 for supporting and guiding the traveling device 15 is horizontally installed with a predetermined radius of curvature, whereas the rope 4 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the column. Since it is wound and stretched around the receiving ring 5, the fixed receiving ring 5
The space between them is stretched linearly. Therefore, the traveling device 15
When passing through the midpoint of the fixed receiving ring 5, a deviation occurs between the position of the rope 4 and the center of the vehicle 12, that is, the center of the grip portion 13 at the tip of the gripping machine 6, and the rope 4 The vehicle travels from the normal position to the center position of the vehicle 12 in a state of being pulled by force, which changes the horizontal positional relationship between the rope 4 and the fixed receiving wheel 5 to make the fixed receiving rope unstable. The risk of detaching from the wheel 5 increases, and when the traveling device 15 passes through the fixed receiving wheel 5, the grip portion 13 at the tip of the gripping machine 6 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the fixed receiving wheel 5 so as to ride on it. Then, through the gripping machine 6, the vehicle 12
As shown in the figure, the fixed receiving wheel 5 is located on the center side of the radius of curvature with respect to the center line of the rail that is curved in the horizontal direction so as not to give an impact to the rail 1. It is arranged via the fixed bracket 2 and the receiving wheel mounting base 3. The position of the fixed receiving ring 5 is such that the center of the wound rope 4 is the center of the rail 1, that is, the radius dimension P of the rope 4 from the grip portion 13 at the tip of the gripping machine 6 that grips the rope 4. It is set so that the gripping portion 13 does not come into contact with the outer periphery of the fixed receiving ring 5 apart from each other. Further, an arm 8 is provided so as to be located in front of and behind the fixed receiving wheel 5 and swing around the pin 7.
A movable receiving ring 9 is provided at the tip of the movable receiving ring 9.
A shaft 10 fitted to the bracket 2 is attached to the central portion of the arm 8, and a force for oscillating the movable receiving wheel 9 toward the side indicated by the arrow to move by the action of the return spring 11 is added and engaged. The cords 4 that are in contact with each other are slightly pushed out to the outside, that is, toward the rail 1. Fixed receiving ring 5 and movable receiving ring 9
The positions in the height direction of and correspond to the set traveling height of the rope 4.

The rope 4 in the vicinity of the fixed receiving wheel 5 is wound around the fixed receiving wheel 5 without being affected by the pressing force of the movable receiving wheel 9 in a normal state where the vehicle 12 does not pass, and is shown by a solid line. As shown in FIG. However, when the vehicle 12 approaches, it is pulled toward the rail 1 by the grip portion 13 at the tip of the gripping machine 6, so that the route is changed as shown by the chain double-dashed line. With such a movement of the cord 4, the movable receiving ring 9 moves together with the cord 4 to the position indicated by the alternate long and short dash line by the force exerted by the return spring 11.
Guide the vertical position of the rope 4. Therefore, the grip portion 13 at the tip of the gripping machine 6 can move without contacting the outer peripheral surface of the fixed receiving ring 5 even when passing through the fixed receiving ring 5. When the vehicle 12 passes the fixed receiving wheel 5, the rope 4 returns to its original position by the guide of the movable receiving wheel 9 and is reliably delivered to the guide groove of the fixed receiving wheel 5.
There is no risk of getting out of the room. The gripping portion 13 at the tip of the gripping machine 6 makes a slight contact when passing through the movable receiving wheel 9, but the impact due to the escape due to the swing of the movable receiving wheel 9 is extremely small and affects the riding comfort. Not the one. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the impact of the vehicle 12 passing through the fixed receiving wheel 5 and to greatly improve the safety against the derailment.
