TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a cream composition, and more particularly, in addition to the original purpose of a cream, which is to provide various nutritional ingredients to the skin, promote skin metabolism, and provide smoothness and moisture to the skin surface. The present invention relates to a cream composition that can suppress the production of melanin and lighten the color of already deposited melanin. Technical background of the invention and its problems The skin consists of the epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue.
It has a variety of functions, including acting as the outer skin of the human body to protect internal organs from the outside world, sensory function, body temperature regulation, and substance metabolism. When such skin is exposed to harmful stimuli directly from the outside world, the skin surface becomes rough, causing so-called rough skin, rashes, etc.
Symptoms called sores may appear. Alternatively, the skin may become dry and flaky due to a decrease in the skin's moisturizing function. It is widely practiced to apply cream compositions to skin in such rough conditions. Cream compositions are applied to the skin, particularly the outermost layer of the stratum corneum, and are used to moisturize the skin, promote blood circulation to the skin, cleanse the skin, and the like.
In addition to cosmetic skin creams such as those described above, cream compositions with special purposes have also been developed. Cream compositions with such special purposes include, for example, ultraviolet protection creams to prevent moderate sunburn on the skin, hair removers to remove armpit hair, deodorant creams to prevent armpit odor, and shaving creams. These include shaving creams that are applied afterwards, and whitening creams that suppress melanin production in the skin or lighten the melanin that has already been deposited. The drug is added into the cream base. Purpose and Summary of the Invention The present invention has excellent effects on symptoms such as rough skin, rashes, sores, and dry skin, and also suppresses melanin production and works to lighten the melanin that has already been deposited. As a result of intensive research to develop a cream that can protect the skin, we found that when a cream composition obtained by incorporating shiitake mycelium extract into the cream composition is applied to the skin,
We have completed the present invention by discovering that the above-mentioned symptoms can be recovered very quickly, melanin production is suppressed, and the lightening of already deposited melanin is promoted. That is, the cream composition according to the present invention is characterized in that Shiitake mycelium extract is blended into the cream base as a melanin production inhibiting component and a melanin lightening promoting component. The cream composition according to the invention has been found to be effective, especially when applied to rough skin after sunburn. Furthermore, it has been found that the cream composition according to the present invention has excellent antibacterial activity in addition to the above-mentioned symptom recovery and melanin production suppressing effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The Shiitake mycelium extract blended into the cream composition is obtained by extracting various active ingredients from a solid medium containing Shiitake mycelium obtained by growing Shiitake fungi on a solid medium based on Bacas. It is an extract obtained by extraction with water or a mixed solvent of water and an organic solvent such as alcohol. This shiitake mushroom mycelium extract contains large amounts of various amino acids, vitamins, lentinol, and the like. It has been confirmed that the shiitake mycelium extract contains extremely large amounts of nutritional components and medicinal components compared to the shiitake mushroom extract. For example, in Shiitake mushroom mycelium, 2.07g per 100g of mycelium.
Contains threonine, an essential amino acid, whereas shiitake mushroom fruiting bodies only contain 0.8g per 100g of fruiting bodies.
It only contains threonine. This Shiitake mushroom mycelium extract is produced by inoculating Shiitake fungus into a solid medium based on Bacchus, and then unraveling the solid medium containing the mycelium, which is obtained by multiplying the mycelium. After adding enzymes such as cellulase, protease or glycosidase, this solid medium is crushed and crushed to extract the active ingredients, and then heated to a temperature of up to 95°C to deactivate the enzyme and sterilize it. can get. The time to unravel the solid medium containing mycelium is preferably when the mycelium has grown sufficiently in the solid medium and immediately before or immediately after the fruiting body appears. The shiitake mycelium extract is added to the cream base, and a wide variety of conventionally known cream bases can be used. The cream base may be oil type, W/O type, O/W type, or oil-free type. As the oily component, beeswax, cacao butter, stearic acid, lanolin, olive oil, camellia oil, solid paraffin, vaseline, liquid paraffin, silicone oil, synthetic ester oil, synthetic polyether oil, etc. are used. Water-based components include moisturizers such as glycerin, propylene glycol, sorbitol, and polyethylene glycol, mucilage substances such as quince seed gum, tragacanth gum, sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and polyvinyl alcohol, alcohols such as ethyl alcohol, and isopropanol, and water. is used. In addition, components normally used in cream bases, such as fragrances, preservatives (benzalkonium chloride, etc.), antioxidants, pigments, etc., can be added to the cream base as needed. The cream composition to which the shiitake mycelium extract is added can be a wide variety of cream types, such as emollient creams, pine surge creams, cleansing creams, makeup creams, base creams, pre-makeup creams, sunscreen creams, deodorant creams, etc. . Furthermore, since the shiitake mushroom mycelium extract has excellent antibacterial activity, a cream composition containing this extract also has excellent antibacterial activity. The cream composition according to the present invention can be produced by a conventional method for producing a cream composition, except that the shiitake mycelium extract is added and contained in the cream base. In addition, when adding the shiitake mushroom mycelium extract to the cream base, the shiitake mushroom mycelium extract may be used as a solution as an aqueous phase, or in some cases,
An excipient may be added to this extract to form a powder, and this powdered shiitake mycelium extract may be added to a cream base together with water or an organic solvent. The cream composition according to the present invention is extremely safe because the shiitake mushroom mycelium extract is safe enough to drink and has almost no irritation to the skin. Effects of the Invention Since the cream composition according to the present invention contains the shiitake mycelium extract, the following effects are observed. (a) A cream composition that inhibits melanin production and lightens melanin color is obtained. (b) A cream composition having excellent antibacterial activity can be obtained. (c) A cream composition having excellent recovery effects against rough skin, rashes, dry skin, etc. can be obtained. EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples. Example 1 A cream composition containing the following ingredients was prepared. Beeswax 10 parts by weight Liquid paraffin 50 parts by weight Shiitake mycelium extract 35 parts by weight Benzalkonium chloride 0.05 parts by weight Pigment, fragrance Appropriate amount 4 on the stains caused by

The effect of promoting melanin lightening by applying this cream composition was evaluated using objective evaluation methods, subjective evaluation methods, and objective evaluation methods using colorimetry (Nippon Denshoku Kogyo's colorimetric color difference system COLOR TECH).
7800). At this time, the strength of melanin deposition and the size of melanin deposition were also evaluated. As a result, it was found that melanin lightening was promoted both subjectively and objectively. Furthermore, it was also found by an objective evaluation method using colorimetry that the lightening of melanin was clearly promoted by applying this cream composition. The data obtained using the objective evaluation method using colorimetry is shown below. Skin color is measured at the chest, where there is no pigmentation and almost tanned by ultraviolet rays, and at the shoulders, where pigmentation due to ultraviolet rays is observed, and is expressed as the difference in skin color brightness between the chest and shoulders. The cream composition according to the present invention was applied to the chest and shoulders, and as a control, a cream composition containing ascorbic acid, which has been proven to have an excellent melanin lightening effect, was similarly applied. A comparison was made between the cases. The results are shown in Table 1.

From this result, it was found that the whitening effect of the cream composition according to the present invention is almost the same as that of a cream composition containing ascorbins (vitamin C). Next, the antibacterial activity of the shiitake mycelium extract added to the cream composition according to the present invention will be described. First, they freeze-dried a shiitake mushroom mycelium extract, applied it to various fungi, and compared its antibacterial activity with that of methylparaben, a conventionally known antibacterial agent. The results are shown in Table 2.
