ットで吸着保持されたタイヤ構成帯状材料の先端部を、
前記搬送コンべヤーの駆動によりタイヤ成形ドラムの下
方圧着位置まで搬送する工程と、前記タイヤ構成帯状材
料の後端下面を搬送コンべヤーと共に移動可能な第2の
把持圧着ユニットで吸着保持した状態で、搬送コンべヤ
ーの先端側を上昇させ、タイヤ成形ドラムにタイヤ構成
帯状材料の先端部を圧着させる工程と、タイヤ構成帯状
材料の後端下面を第2の把持圧着ユニットで吸着保持し
た状態で、タイヤ成形ドラムにタイヤ構成帯状材料を順
次巻付けると共に、タイヤ構成帯状材料の先端と後端と
を接合する工程とから成ることを特徴とするタイヤ構成
帯状材料の供給方法。
