的に貼付けることが出来、作業性及び生産性を著しく向
上させて精度の高い貼付け作業を行うことが出来る効果

コンベヤーの駆動と連動してタイヤ成形ドラム側に所定
距離搬送する工程と、前記タイヤ構成帯状材料の後端下
面を搬送コンベヤーと共に移動可能な第2の把持ユニッ
で吸着保持する工程と第1及び第2の把持ユニット
を搬送コンベヤーの駆動と連動してタイヤ構成帯状材料
の先端部をタイヤ成形ドラムの下方圧着位置まで搬送す
る工程と、搬送コンベヤーの先端側を上昇させ、タイヤ
成形ドラムにタイヤ構成帯状材料の先端部を受渡す工程
と、タイヤ構成帯状材料の後端下面を第2の把持ユニッ
で吸着保持した状態で、搬送コンベヤーの駆動と連動
してタイヤ成形ドラムに順次巻付けると共に、タイヤ構
成帯状材料の先端と後端とを接合する工程とから成るこ
とを特徴とするタイヤ構成帯状材料の供給方法。
