Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、電子写真の現像器へトナーを供給するトナー
ケース内のミキサーに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
第３図は従来の電子写真のトナーミキサー２′を示す。
この従来のミキサー２′は、回転するシャフト１′に直
接取り付けられていた。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来のミキサーは、直接シャフトに固定されて
いる為、トナー容量の多少にかかわらず常に一定容積の
トナーを供給する構造になっている。しかしながらトナ
ーは粉体であり容量の多い時は、トナーのかさ密度（単
位体積当りのトナー重量）が増しミキサーシャフトのト
ルクが増大する。すなわちミキサーシャフトに大きなト
ルク変動をきたし、モーターに影響を及ぼすという欠点
がある。
又、トルクの変動がモーターに影響しない場合でも一定
重量のトナーを現像器側へ供給し続けることは、不可能
であるという欠点がある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の電子写真のトナーミキサーは、ミキサーシャフ
トの回転に対して、ミキサーのたわみによりトナーを送
り出すミキサー面積を変化させ、ミキサーの支点をミキ
サーシャフトから離れた位置に設ける為のプレートと、
トナーのかさ密度に応じて供給面積を変化させ、一定重
量のトナーを供給する為にたわむことが可能な弾性体の
ミキサ−を存している。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図は本発明の一実施例の斜視図である。１はミキサ
ー２を回転させる為のミキサーシャフトで、ミキサー２
はゴム等の弾性体からなり、プレート３を介してンヤフ
ト１に取り付けられている。
第２図により、本実施例の動作説明を行う。ミキサー２
は弾性体である為、ミキサー２の面にトナーの抵抗によ
る圧力がかかるとその圧力に応じて、プレート３の先端
を中心にたわみトナーの供給量が調節される。
プレート３はミキサー２のたわみによる回転中心をシャ
フト１から離れた位置にし、プレート３が過大にたわま
ないようにしている。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように本発明ばかさ密度に応じて、ミキサ
ー面がたわみミキサーシャフトのトルクを一定にし、し
かも一定重量のトナーを供給出来る効果がある。

図および断面図、第３図は従来のミキサーの斜視図であ

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 電子写真の現像器側へトナーを供給するトナーケース内
    のミキサーにおいて、シャフトにプレートを介して取り
    付けられ弾性体からなることを特徴とする電子写真のト
    ナーミキサー。
