と対向するセラミツク共振器のグランド対向平面
側には導体ケースの導体蓋が被せられて前記グラ
ンド対向平面は導体蓋に当接され、この導体蓋を
介してグランド対向平面は導体ケースのグランド
に導通接続されていることを特徴とするセラミツ
