  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 天井に設けられた空気供給部から、壁に設
    けられた排気用の吸込口に向けて清浄な空気を流
    すことによつて、室内の空気を清浄な状態に維持
    するクリーンルームであつて、前記空気供給部の
    底部の周囲に垂直下方に延びる遮蔽体を設け、該
    遮蔽体の内側に空気の流れを均一に整流する整流
    板を設けたことを特徴とするクリーンルーム。 (2) 請求項１記載のクリーンルームにおいて、
    前記遮蔽体の前記整流板より上方の位置に複数の
    開口部を設けたことを特徴とするクリーンルーム
    。
