Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液透過性のトツプシートと、液不透過性の
    バツクシートと、これら両シート間に位置する吸
    収体と、該吸収体の周囲に形成された左右のレツ
    グ部及び前後のウエスト部それぞれにギヤザーを
    形成する弾性伸縮部材とを備え、且つ前後のウエ
    スト部が左右両端でそれぞれ接合固定されてウエ
    スト開口部及び左右一対のレツグ開口部がそれぞ
    れ形成されたパンツ型の使い捨ておむつにおいて
    、上記ウエスト部の両側部における、上記ウエス
    ト開口部と上記一対のレツグ開口部それぞれとの
    間の少なくとも一部に縦方向の切り込み部を設け
    且つ上記両側部それぞれに接合手段を設けたこと
    を特徴とする使い捨ておむつ。 (2) 上記両側部それぞれに弾性伸縮部材を設け
    たことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の使い捨てお
    むつ。 (3) 上記接合手段を上記ウエスト開口部側に偏
    倚させたことを特徴とする請求項(1)または(2)記
    載の使い捨ておむつ。 (4) 上記切り込み部を上記ウエスト開口部側に
    設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)ないし(3)のい
    ずれか一つに記載の使い捨ておむつ。 (5) 上記切り込み部を上記レツグ開口部側に設
    けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)ないし(3)のいず
