  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透液性トツプシートと、不透液性バツクシ
    ートと、該両シートの間に介在させた吸液性コア
    と、腰囲り部における該両シート部分の間に介在
    させた第１の弾性部材と、脚囲り部における該両
    シート部分の間に介在させた第２の弾性部材とを
    有する使い捨てオムツにおいて、 前記腰囲り部における前記バツクシート部分を
    同じく腰囲り部における前記トツプシート部分よ
    りも長く延出させるとともに、この延出部分を内
    側に折り返して該トツプシート部分に固定してあ
    ることを特徴とする前記オムツ。 (2) 前記腰囲り部における前記第１の弾性部材
    の外側縁と該腰囲り部における外側縁との間隔が
    １０mm以下である請求項１記載のオムツ。
