Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透水性内面シートと、不透水性外面シート
    と、該内外内面シートの間に介在させた吸収体と
    、後端ウエスト部に取り付けた伸縮性ウエストバ
    ンドとを含む使い捨ておむつにおいて、前記ウエ
    ストバンドは、前記後端ウエストの幅よりも長く
    形成し、前記吸収体の後端から延出する前記内外
    面シート部分を内面側へ折り返して形成した鞘部
    に挿入するとともに該バンドの一部を該鞘部内に
    固定し、かつ、該鞘部の対側端から突出する該バ
    ンドの両端に非伸縮性止着片を一体に接合してあ
    ることを特徴とする前記おむつ。 (2) 前記鞘部は、前記吸収体の後端から延出す
    る前記内外面シート部分を前記吸収体が位置する
    前記内面シートの内輪を接合して形成し、かつ、
    前記ウエストバンドは、その一部を該折り返し部
    に位置する該内面シートに固定してある実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のおむつ。 (3) 前記ウエストバンドは、その少なくとも中
    央部を固定してある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のおむつ。
