示す斜視図である。 １……碍子、２……碍子汚損測定用センサ、３
……センサ支持具、４……コア、５……クラツド
層。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 碍子の近傍に設置され、その一端から入射
    された光を他端にて検出してその強度変化に応じ
    て碍子の表面に付着した汚損物としての塩分量を
    求める碍子汚損量測定装置に用いられる光導波路
    としての碍子汚損量測定用センサにおいて、 前記光導波路の一部を成すコアの表面にガラス
    微粒子を熱処理によつて付着させて、付着塩分量
    の検出感度を所定の値に設定するためのクラツド
    層を形成し、 このクラツド層の一部にセンサ支持部を有し、 前記クラツド層の被覆の割合を変化することに
    より付着塩分量の前記検出感度を変えるようにし
    たことを特徴とする碍子汚損測定用センサ。 (2) 前記クラツド層は、コアの表面に予めクラ
    ツド層が被覆されたグラスフアイバに化学処理を
    施すことにより、一部のクラツド層のみを残して
    大部分のクラツド層を除去することにより前記コ
    アの表面を露出して形成したことを特徴とする請
    求項１記載の碍子汚損測定用センサ。
