第１図は本考案のドアヒンジ位置決め装置の側
面図、第２図は同正面図、第３図は同平面図、第
４図は従来例を示す。 尚同図中、１は位置決め装置、２，５１はベー
ス台、４，５２は基台本体、１０，５３は位置決
めピン、１２，５４はクランパとしてのクランプ
アーム、１２ａは押え爪、２０は姿勢矯正機構、
２３は押当部材、３８はナツトランナ、Ｄはドア
パネル、Ｗはドアヒンジを示す。
面図、第２図は同正面図、第３図は同平面図、第
４図は従来例を示す。 尚同図中、１は位置決め装置、２，５１はベー
ス台、４，５２は基台本体、１０，５３は位置決
めピン、１２，５４はクランパとしてのクランプ
アーム、１２ａは押え爪、２０は姿勢矯正機構、
２３は押当部材、３８はナツトランナ、Ｄはドア
パネル、Ｗはドアヒンジを示す。
Claims (1)
- ドアパネルに取り付けるドアヒンジを位置決め
保持するためのドアヒンジ位置決め装置において
、この装置は、ベース台上で摺動可能となり且つ
ドアヒンジ支持用のピン体を有する本体と、この
本体に揺動可能に取り付けられ且つドアヒンジ拘
持用の押え爪を有するクランパと、このクランパ
に係合し且つドアヒンジ端面押圧用の押当部材を
有する姿勢矯正機構を備え、前記本体の摺動方向
をドアヒンジの取り付け方向に一致させて、前記
ピン体とクランパによつて保持するドアヒンジを
ドアパネルに対して離接自在としたことを特徴と
するドアヒンジ位置決め装置。
