Claims (1)
- 受光窓と、その周囲に形成された電極とを有す
るフオトダイオードにおいて、前記電極と間隔を
おいてその周囲に反射膜を設け、かつ、前記電極
と前記反射膜との隙間の下にまで拡散領域を形成
したことを特徴とするフオトダイオード。
