- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 集積回路を搭載実装するプリント基板と、該
プリント基板上の前記集積回路の実装部分のパタ
ーンから前記プリント基板の裏面に向つて設けら
れた複数の導体孔と、前記集積回路と前記パター
ンの間に塗布された熱伝導性のグリースと、前記
プリント基板の裏面に設けられ前記集積回路より
発生して前記グリース及び前記導体孔を介して熱
伝導する熱を放熱する裏面パターンとを備えるこ
とを特徴とする集積回路放熱実装構造。 ２ 前記導体孔を１個の太径の筒状となし且つ内
空部に前記グリースを充填したことを特徴とする
