Claims (1)
- 直流放電によつてプラズマを生成する主プラズ
マ室と、マイクロ波放電によつてプラズマを生成
して前記直流放電に必要な電子を主プラズマ室に
供給する副プラズマ室とを備え、主プラズマ室中
のプラズマからイオンビームを引き出すようにし
たイオン源において、前記副プラズマ室内に配置
されたマイクロ波放射用のアンテナを、タングス
テンまたはタンタルで作製したことを特徴とする
イオン源。
