Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 1.励起された光の源(1、2)、および、第1ミラー(5)と、レーザ媒体( 6)と、偏光子(7)と、II型周波数2倍化のための少なくとも1つの非線形 結晶(8、8a、8b)と、出力ミラーとして機能する第2ミラー(9)とを備 えた共振器を有するレーザにおいて、第2ミラー(9)は、好ましくは平面ミラ ーとして設計されて、極めて大きい曲率半径を持つ凹形鏡面(11)を有してお り、および/または2つの非線形結晶(8a、8b)を設け、これらの結晶は2 次光軸に対して90°ずれていることを特徴とするレーザ。
- 2.請求項1記載のレーザにおいて、レーザ媒体(6)は固体であり、特に、ド ープされた結晶であることを特徴とするレーザ。
- 3.請求項1または2記載のレーザにおいて、平面ミラー(9)はレーザ媒体( 6)から離れた方に面している非線形結晶(8)の表面上に設けられていること を特徴とするレーザ。
- 4.請求項3記載のレーザにおいて、平面ミラー(9)は非線形結晶上に形成さ れたミラー被覆であり、および/または第1ミラーはレーザ媒体(6)の一方の 側のミラー被覆として設計されていることを特徴とするレーザ。
- 5.請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のレーザにおいて、励起された光の源(1 、2)は1つまたはそれ以上のレーザダイオード(2)を有することを特徴とす るレーザ。
- 6.請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のレーザにおいて、共振器(R)の出力ミ ラー(9)は、レーザ周波数に対してよりも周波数2倍化放射に対しての方が高 い透過性を有することを特徴するレーザ。
