Claims (7)
- 1.主熱電対からの熱電対リード間に表れる電位に基づいて温度に応答した出力 信号を発生するトランスミッタにおいて、その内部を第1および第2の空間部に 分割する隔壁18を介して伸びた第1および第2の電極、および電極冷接点を形 成するために第1の空間部内において熱電対リードに接続された電極を備えたハ ウジングと、 主熱電対の電位および電極冷接点電位を代表する組合せ信号を測定して出力信号 を供給するために、第2の空間部内において電極に接続された変換器リードを備 えた変換器手段と、補正用熱電対を構成するように、第1の電極に接続された第 1の端部および変換器手段に接続された第2の端部を備えた導電手段であって、 前記補正用熱電対が電極温度と変換器手段の温度との差に応答した第1の補正信 号を供給する導電手段と、 変換器手段の温度に応答した変換器温度信号を供給するように、変換器手段上に 配置された測定手段とを具備し、前記変換器手段は、変換器温度信号、第1の補 正信号および組合せ信号の関数としての出力信号を供給することを特徴とするト ランスミッタ。
- 2.前記測定手段は、抵抗温度センサをさらに具備したことを特徴とする請求項 1記載のトランスミッタ。
- 3.第2の電極温度と変換器手段の温度との温度差を示す第2の補正信号を供給 する第2の補正用熱電対を構成するために、第2の電極に接続された第1の端部 および変換器手段に接続された第2の端部を備えた第2の導電手段をさらに具備 したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のトランスミッタ。
- 4.前記変換器手段は、変換器温度信号、第1の補正信号、組合せ信号、および 第2の補正信号の関数として出力信号を供給することを特徴とする請求項3記載 のトランスミッタ。
- 5.前記主熱電対はトランスミッタから遠隔配置されたことを特徴とする請求項 1記載のトランスミッタ。
- 6.前記主熱電対は、トランスミッタと一体的に構成されたことを特徴とする請 求項1記載のトランスミッタ。
- 7.前記変換器手段は、 補正用熱電対、測定手段、および変換器リードに接続されたA/D変換器と、 A/D変換器に接続されたマイクロプロセッサ駆動コントローラと、 マイクロプロセッサ駆動コントローラに接続された出力回路とをさらに具備した ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のトランスミッタ。
