Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.軸方向に変位できるクラッチ要素(8)が係合クラッチ(7)を投入および 切り離しするためにその両側面における作用室(10,11)から圧力を付勢さ れ、それらの作用室(10,11)が調整弁(15,16)を介して主圧力系統 に接続されており、流体トルクコンバータ(3)に後置接続された歯車変速装置 (6)の潤滑系統(40)に潤滑剤配管(28)が接続されており、この潤滑剤 配管(28)が係合クラッチ(7)の投入用に使用する作用室(11)の制御帰 還路(26d)に接続され冷却器(39)を有しているような流体トルクコンバ ータの摩擦係合クラッチ制御装置において、潤滑剤配管(28)において冷却器 (39)の手前に主圧力配管(13)の分岐管(34)が開口していることを特 徴とする流体トルクコンバータの摩擦係合クラッチ制御装置。 2.潤滑剤配管(28)と主圧力配管(13)の分岐管(34)との結合箇所に 、潤滑剤配管(28)の圧力によって予制御される圧力調整弁(35)が配置さ れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の制御装置。 3.主圧力配管(13)の分岐管(34)又は圧力調整弁(35)の出力側に、 絞り弁(38,41)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載 の制御装置。 4.各作用室(10,11)に作用圧力を調整する調整弁(15,16)が付属 され、それら両方の調整弁(15,16)が電気式圧力制御弁(17)によって 調整される予制御圧力を介して付勢されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記 載の制御装置。 5.予制御圧力が低いか零である場合の両調整弁(15,16)の第1の終端位 置において、切り離し用に使用する作用室(10)が第1の調整弁(15)を介 して主圧力系統(主圧力配管13)に接続され、他方の作用室(11)が両調整 弁(15,16)を介して帰還路に向けて開放されることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第4項記載の制御装置。 6.予制御圧力が最大である場合の両調整弁(15,16)の第2の終端位置に おいて、投入用に使用する作用室(11)が第2の調整弁(16)を介して主圧 力系統(13)に接続され、切り離し用に使用する作用室(10)が第1の調整 弁(15)を介して帰還路(26c)に向けて開放されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第5項記載の制御装置。
