本考案は洗浄用超音波振動子、特に洗浄領域の

を設けて、この部分に超音波振動子1の振動と逆
位相の横波振動を生じさせるようにした点にあ

を招いたり、ランニングコストを高くすることな
く、延長部分を設けるのみの簡単かつ低コストの
手段によつて洗浄領域を拡大することができる。
また第2図のように延長部分6の先端が洗浄槽3
の側面近くに位置するように洗浄槽3の大きさを
設計することになり、洗浄槽3の全域に亘つてほ
ぼ均一な洗浄力が得られるため、従来の洗浄機の
ように被洗浄物の大きさによつて洗浄効果が異な
