に浸漬するよう振動伝達棒2の要部に設けたフランジ2
aをもって固定装置(図示しない)に取付けるが、洗浄
液の充填、補充、交換等に際して洗浄液の一部が振動子
にかかり易く電気的性能を害する憧惧があるため洗浄液
の注入、交換作業に慎重を要するという問題があった。
