本発明は超音波洗浄機に用いられる洗浄槽の改
良に係り、目的とする処は超音波振動放射体から
照射される超音波を洗浄液内で乱反射させて定在
波の発生および超音波の収剣を抑制し洗浄効果を
高めるようにした超音波洗浄槽を提供せんとする
