【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、超音波発生用振動子による超音波を
利用して洗浄を行う超音波洗浄器に関する。

射し、洗浄液3に浸された洗浄物を洗浄するよう
になつている。

に突出したドーム11が一体に形成されている。
このドーム11の直径は、振動子2の直径よりや
や小さく設定されており、振動子2はドーム11
周辺の平坦面部分にて洗浄槽10に接着固定され
る。振動子2としては、第4図に示す如く、ラジ
アルモードで振動するものであつても、第5図に
示す如く厚みモードで振動するものでも良い。
