Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily perform accurate registration when conductor paste is printed on both sides of a circuit substrate by a method wherein a first reflecting mirror and a second reflecting mirror which register a screen plate to a circuit substrate are installed to a printing table. CONSTITUTION:A first reflecting mirror 11 and a second reflecting mirror 13 are fitted to a printing table 10. Then, a printing base 14 is set on the printing table 10 to which the reflecting mirror 11 is installed, and a first side screen plate negative film 12 is fixed onto the printing base 14. Then, a ceramic substrate 9 is fixed by registration onto said negative film 12. By registering a second side by refering to a printing pattern formed by printing on the first side by providing the first reflecting mirror and the second reflecting mirror 13 in the printing table 10, the ceramic substrate 9 of which the printing patterns on the first side and the second side registered with each other, is obtained.

Next, in order to correctly print the printing pattern on the ceramic substrate 4, after adjusting and aligning the position of the screen plate 3, the conductive paste 2 is placed on the screen plate 3, and the squeegee rubber 1 is moved. As a result, a printed pattern is formed on the ceramic substrate 4. After drying, a printed pattern is generally formed on the opposite side of the ceramic substrate 4 using the conductive paste 2 in the same manner as described above.

Effect of the present invention With the above-described configuration, after printing and drying a paste such as a conductor on the first side of a circuit board, the circuit board is turned over and when the paste such as a conductor is printed on the second side, the printing table is used. A negative film of a screen plate for printing on the first side is positioned and fixed on top, and a reflective mirror installed in the printing table is used to distinguish between the printing pattern printed on the first side of the circuit board and the first side. This is designed to overlap the negative film pattern of the screen plate for surface printing.

FIG. 1 shows a conductive paste 7 on the second surface of a ceramic substrate 9.
This shows a case where a negative film 12 of a screen plate (not shown) on the first side is fixed on the printing table 14, and a conductive pattern printed on the first side of the ceramic substrate 9 is printed. The pattern of the negative film 12 of the screen plate on the first side facing downward and the printing pattern printed on the first side of the ceramic substrate 9 are transferred to the first reflecting mirror 11 installed in the printing table 10 and the second reflecting mirror 11 installed in the printing table 10. It is fixed while aligning using the reflecting mirror 13 of. Next, a screen plate 8 having a second surface circumference is aligned with the second surface of the fixed ceramic substrate 9, and a conductive paste 7 is placed on it and printed. In this way, a ceramic substrate 9 with no misalignment of printed patterns on the first and second surfaces is obtained.
