Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は、せん断力を伝達するように結合され
かつ相重ねて配置されしかも種々異なる繊維方向
を有する複数の繊維層から形成された、ねじり負
荷される構成部材、特に中空軸に関する。
従来の技術 特に軽量化及び音響伝達の減少という理由か
ら、例えば駆動軸として自動車内に一般的に使用
される金属製のねじり管部材の代りに、相重ねて
配置された複数の繊維・プラスチツク層から成る
中空軸を用いることが試みられており、この場合
の重ね配置された各層の、例えばカーボン繊維で
ある各繊維は種々異なる方向を有している。
しかしこのような構成部材においては増大する
又は変化する負荷によつて既にその比較的に低い
負荷程度で、少なくともその個々の繊維層内に裂
け目が発生することが明らかになつている。この
裂け目は、前述のように異なる繊維方向を有する
隣接した繊維層への境界線の所で止められる。し
かしながらこの裂け目先端の範囲には過剰な機械
的応力が生じ、これによつて該繊維に早期に疲労
が生ぜしめられる。
考案の課題 本考案の課題は実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
記載のねじり負荷される構成部材を簡単な構成上
の手段を以つて改良し、該構成部材の耐用年数を
前記公知例よりも高めることである。
課題を解決するための手段 上記の課題は本考案によれば、少なくとも、直
接に重ね配置された個々の繊維層の間に、該繊維
層よりも柔らかい材料から成る中間層が配置され
ていることによつて解決された。
実験の結果、このような所謂“裂け目を止める
べき”中間層は裂け目先端の範囲内の切込み応力
状態を減少させ、それによつてそのように形成さ
れたねじり負荷される構成部材の耐用年数が著し
く高められることが判明している。
図面には自動車の駆動軸、即ち駆動装置と差動
歯車装置との間に延びる駆動軸のための本考案の
1実施例が示されている。
両方のプラスチツク繊維層1と2(その相異な
る繊維方向は符号1a,2aで示されている)と
の間には、この例ではゴムシートとして形成され
た中間層3が配置されている。この中間層3は、
隣接した各繊維層1,2と面を以つて結合されて
いる。
従つて本考案によれば、例えばねじり管であ
る、繊維補強されたプラスチツクから成る構成部
材の利点を損うことなく、その耐用年数を長くす
るための極めて簡単な構造上の手段が提案されて
いる。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 せん断力を伝達するように結合されかつ相重
    ねて配置されしかも種々異なる繊維方向を有す
    る複数の繊維層から形成された、ねじり負荷さ
    れる構成部材において、少なくとも、直接に重
    ね配置された個々の繊維層1,2の間に、該繊
    維層よりも柔らかい材料から成る中間層3が配
    置されていることを特徴とする、重ね配置され
    た繊維層から成りねじり負荷される構成部材。 2 中間層3がゴム状材料から成るシートであ
    る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の構成
    部材。 3 中間層3が隣接した各繊維層1,2と面を以
    つて結合されている、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第1項又は第2項記載の構成部材。 4 中間層がフリース状の材料から成つている、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の構成部
    材。
