【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は数の子、特に塩数の子の包装体に関す

(従来の技術)
従来塩数の子は低発泡シートをトレー状に熱溶
断接着して製缶した容器(以下ウツド容器と略記
する)に、波形発泡クツシヨンマツトを底部に敷
き、その上に、塩数の子を詰めた後容器全体をプ
ラスチツクフイルムでシユリンク包装して、化粧
カートンに入れ販売されてきた。しかし、シユリ
ンク密封包装を行うため、フイルムの一部には脱
気のための穴があけられており、ガスバリア−性
がなく、−13℃程度の低温に保存しないと数の子
が褐色に変色し(以下褐変と略記する)、味に苦
味が増し、長期保存性に乏しいという欠点があつ

シールされてなることを特徴とする数の子包装体

あり、これらは単独フイルムか、もしくは、アク
リロニトリル系樹脂シートからなる本体容器にヒ
ートシール出来るように最外層をアクリロニトリ
ル系樹脂フイルムか、アクリロニトリル系樹脂シ
ートに接着可能なホツトメルト接着剤層とし、さ
らに必要に応じて他のフイルムを積層した、積層
フイルムとして使用される。全体のフイルムの厚
みは20〜200μmが好ましい。本考案においては、
これらフイルムのうち、酸素透過度が20c.c./m2−
24Hr・atm以下のものが用いられ、酸素透過度
が20c.c./m2−24Hr・atm越えるフイルムでは数
の子が褐変し苦味が増すので不適当である。又ト
ツプフイルムは必要に応じて印刷され、数の子包

おり、周辺部にはトツプフイルムをヒートシール
する為のフランジ7と底部には脱酸素剤を収納す
る為のくぼみ6が設けられている。又、該容器の
側壁及び底部には必要に応じ強度の為のリブ8が
設けられている。トツプフイルム2は例えば厚さ
40μmのアクリロニトリル系樹脂フイルムと厚さ
16μmのポリエステルフイルムを積層したガスバ
リアー性のフイルムであり、本体容器1とフラン
ジ7でヒートシールされている。波形クツシヨン
マツト3は本体容器1の底に敷かれ、その上に数
の子5をのせ、包装体に衝撃がかかつたとき、包
装体内での数の子5の移動を防ぐ。脱酸素剤4は
本体容器1の底部のくぼみ6に収納され、包装体
内の酸素を吸収して数の子が褐変、味の苦味増加
を防止するとともに、ヒートシールにより密封さ
れた包装体内を減圧にすることにより、トツプフ
イルム2が数の子5をクツシヨンマツト3におし
つけ、包装体に衝撃がかかつたとき数の子の移動
