  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 作業機本体に搭載されるエンジンで本体前
    部の作業手段を駆動するとともに前部把持ハンド
    ルおよび後部操作ハンドルにより手持ち作業を行
    う小型エンジン作業機において、後部操作ハンド
    ルの取付軸を本体取付部に対して回動自在に装着
    し、さらにこの取付部にハンドル固定具を配設す
    ることを特徴とする小型エンジン作業機。 (2) 後部操作ハンドルの取付軸線を作業手段の
    長手方向軸線に対して斜め上方に偏倚させること
    からなる請求項第１項記載の小型エンジン作業機
    。
