回線、Ｃ……監視センタ、Ｍ……保守装置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 建物に設置された端末装置が通信回線を介
    して監視センタに接続され、前記建物に設けられ
    た設備機器の動作情報を、前記端末装置に設けら
    れ、外部とのデータ授受を行う通信手段により、
    前記通信回線を介して前記監視センタに送信し、
    前記監視センタで前記設備機器の動作の監視をす
    る遠隔監視装置において、保守点検時に前記端末
    装置のメモリに記憶されている情報を読み出し表
    示すると共に、前記メモリのデータの書き換えを
    行う保守装置と、この保守装置を前記端末装置に
    接続する接続手段と、前記通信手段を前記通信回
    線側と前記接続手段側とに切換える切換手段とを
    有することを特徴とする遠隔監視装置。 (2) 請求項(1)に記載の遠隔監視装置において、
    切換手段が接続手段側に切換えられ所定時間が経
    過すると、前記切換手段を通信回線側に切換える
    復帰切換手段が設けられていることを特徴とする
    遠隔監視装置。
