BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, with the improvement of building construction techniques and the development of heat insulating structural materials, buildings with high airtightness and high heat insulation have been constructed. Coupled with this, progress has been made in the development of various types of heating and cooling equipment, which means that buildings can be heated and cooled more efficiently, making each room more comfortable.

[0004] For example, when constructing a bathroom, the procedure is to construct a wall panel that forms the wall of the bathroom and then install a bath unit in the space surrounded by the wall panel. At this time, a considerable gap will be formed between the wall panel and the bath unit. Furthermore, the upper ends of the wall panels surrounding the bathroom are not airtightly joined to the floor panels on the upper floor, but are constructed with a slight gap between them.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] In this way, in the plumbing system with the above structure, cold air from outside is introduced under the floor of the bathroom through the ventilation hole provided in the fabric foundation. It gets cold from the outside. Therefore, it is necessary to make the bathroom floor have a highly insulating structure, which is time-consuming and complicated to install, and there are also economic problems such as high costs.

[0007] Furthermore, a gap is formed between the bathroom wall panel and the bath unit, and a gap is also formed between the wall panel and the floor panel on the upper floor, so air is drawn in through the gap. and is introduced into the gap between the wall panel and the bath unit. That is, the bath unit is surrounded by cold air, and even the inside of the bath unit, which has been kept warm at a predetermined state, is quickly cooled down. Therefore, there have been problems in that it is difficult to use the bathroom comfortably, and the heat retention in the bathroom is inefficient and economically disadvantageous.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention forms fabric foundations that surround the underfloor areas of water areas including bathrooms and toilets in an airtight manner, and also communicates the underfloor spaces of the rooms that make up the water areas with each other. If possible, the area under the floor around the water area should be made into one sealed space, and the toilet should be provided with an intake port that communicates the toilet with the sealed space and introduces air from the toilet into the sealed space. ensures a gap between the bathroom wall panel and the bath unit installed in the bathroom, and also connects the upper end of the wall panel to the floor panel on the upper floor, and also A communication port is provided to communicate the gap between the space and the bath unit with the closed space, and the gap is connected to a ventilation device for exhausting the air passing through the gap to the outdoors. And so.

[Function] According to the underfloor airtight insulation structure around the water area of the present invention,
The conditioned air in each room, which is conditioned to a predetermined temperature, is led from the toilet to the floor area around the water area through the inlet. This area under the floor is an airtight closed space, so
The conditioned air passes through the closed space and is led from the communication opening to the gap between the bathroom wall panel and the bath unit. Since the conditioned air has already been conditioned to a predetermined temperature, the bath unit in the bathroom is kept warm from its surroundings while the conditioned air passes through the gap. Furthermore, since the bathroom wall panel is hermetically joined to the floor panel on the upper floor, the conditioned air passes through this gap without leaking and is further exhausted to the outdoors by the ventilation system.

[0023] Conditioned air in each room of the building, which has been conditioned to a predetermined temperature condition, is collected in toilet B. Here, the conditioned air is outside air taken in from the outside air suction pipe 20 of the ventilation device 17, conditioned to a predetermined temperature condition by a heat exchanger, and supplied to each room through the air supply pipe 21. This conditioned air is guided into the sealed space 5 under the floor from a suction port 11 provided in the toilet B. The conditioned air introduced into the sealed space 5 is introduced into the gap 15 between the wall panels 13, 13, . . . of the bathroom A and the bath unit 14 through the communication port 4 provided in the second cloth foundation 3. Then, the air intake pipe 1 of the ventilation system 17 passes through the gap 15.

[0024] As described above, according to the airtight insulation structure under the floor of the water area of the present embodiment, the area under the floor of the water area 1 is made into a sealed space 5, so that the sealed space 5 can be used as a duct for circulating air. Can be done. Therefore, it is possible to introduce conditioned air in a desired condition under the floor of the water area 1 without having to install a separate duct under the floor.

Moreover, since the toilet B is provided with a suction port 11 that communicates with the sealed space 5 under the floor, the air in each room of the building, which has been adjusted to a predetermined temperature state, can be accessed from the suction port 11. Conditioned air can be introduced into this closed space 5. Therefore, the conditioned air in each room can be used to pass the conditioned air into the sealed space 5 under the floor, which is efficient.

[0026] Also, in the bathroom A, there are wall panels 13, 13...
Since a predetermined gap 15 is secured between the bath unit 14 and the bath unit 14, the bath unit 14 is covered with conditioned air that has been conditioned to a predetermined temperature state from around the bath unit 14. Moreover, since the wall panels 13, 13, . . . of the bathroom A are hermetically joined to the floor panel 16 on the upper floor (second floor), cold air from outside will not enter into the gap 15. Therefore, the interior of the bath unit 14 of the bathroom A is maintained at a predetermined heat-retaining condition for a long period of time, and can be used comfortably. In addition, since the heat retention efficiency inside the bath unit 14 is good,
It is economically advantageous as it can save on fuel and the like.

For example, in the embodiment described above, an example was shown in which the area under the floor of the plumbing system 1 was made into a sealed space 5 and the sealed space 5 was used as a duct. It is important to ensure airtightness under the floor. That is, as shown in Fig. 4, the cloth foundation 2
A sleeve 29 is formed that horizontally penetrates the insulation material 6, and a tape 30 is applied to the outer surface of the cloth foundation 2 to cover the gap between the sleeve 29 and the piping 28.
This gap is filled with a heat insulating material 31 such as urethane foam from inside the heat insulating material 6.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the airtight insulation structure under the floor around the water area of the present invention, the area under the floor around the water area is made into a sealed space, so the sealed space can be used as a duct for circulating air. Can be done. Moreover, the air introduced into this closed space can be brought into this closed space through the air inlet installed in the toilet, using the conditioned air in each room of the building that has been conditioned to a predetermined temperature state in advance. . Therefore, it is possible to simplify construction, save labor, and reduce costs. Furthermore, since a predetermined gap is secured between the wall panel and the bath unit in the bathroom, the bath unit can be covered with the conditioned air from around the bath unit to keep it warm. Therefore, the bathroom can be kept under a predetermined heat-retaining condition for a long period of time, and can be used comfortably. Furthermore, since the sealed space is formed under the floor around the water area, each room around the water area is not cooled from the floor surface. Therefore, the comfort of the water area can be increased, and the construction can be simplified and labor-saving compared to the conventional construction method in which the floor around the water area has an insulating structure.
