For example, in the construction of concrete structures,
In order to maintain a constant distance between opposing formworks, cylindrical separators are sometimes used, and after the formworks are dismantled, the separator portions remain as horizontal separator holes.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention consists of a filler injection device with a male thread provided on the outer periphery of the tip nozzle, and a piston member that is detachably attached to the tip nozzle of the injection device. The tool has an outer diameter that allows the cylinder to move in and out of a hole in a concrete structure, etc., and the piston member has an outer diameter that is press-fitted so that it can slide freely into a hole in a concrete structure, etc. The piston member is formed with a threaded hole provided in the center of the piston member to be screwed into the outer peripheral male thread of the tip nozzle of the injection device.

Since the piston member is slidably and tightly fitted into the hole, it compresses the air in the hole, but by increasing the pushing force, the compressed air flows from between the sliding surface of the hole and the piston member to the piston member. It deforms and flows out.

Rotate the injection tool with the piston member pressed against the inner end of the hole, detach the threaded connection part, and load the filler into the injection tool that is pulled out leaving the piston member at the inner end of the hole. When the tool is inserted into the hole again and the tip nozzle is threadedly connected to the piston member, and the injection tool is operated in this state to push out the filler material, the filler injected between the inner end of the hole and the piston member. The material causes the piston member to retract in proportion to the amount of injection, so that the filling material is injected without leaving a cavity in the hole.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the piston member 3 has an outer diameter that elastically fits into a separator hole B formed in the concrete structure A so as to be able to slide freely. The cylinder 4 of No. 1 is smaller than this and has an outer diameter such that it can freely enter and exit the separator hole B of the concrete structure A.

First, the piston member 3 is screwed and attached to the tip nozzle 2 of the injection tool 1, and the injection tool 1 is inserted into the horizontal separator hole B whose one end is closed by a mold D or the like, as shown in FIG. At the same time, the piston member 3 is inserted.

At this time, the piston member 3 is inserted into the separator hole B.
Although the air inside is compressed, the high-pressure air deforms the sliding portion of the piston member 3 with the separator hole B and flows out to the outside.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the piston member 3 reaches the inner end of the separator hole B, the injection tool 1 is rotated, separated from the piston member 3, and extracted from the separator hole B, and the injection tool 1 is filled with epoxy resin or mortar. Filling material C, etc., is inhaled and loaded, the injection tool 1 is again inserted into the separator hole B, and the tip nozzle 2 is screwed onto the piston member 3 as shown in FIG.

In the state shown in FIG. 5, by pressing the handle 7 of the injection tool 1 and pressurizing the filler C inside, the filler C is injected into the separator hole B from the discharge port 9 of the piston member 3.

The filler C injected into the separator hole B from the discharge port 9 is press-fitted between the separator hole B and the piston member 3, so that the piston member 3 is filled with the filler C.
As a result, the piston member 3 and the injection tool 1 are pushed out from the separator hole B in proportion to the amount of the filler C that is press-fitted.

In this way, when the filler C is pushed out from the discharge port 9 of the piston member 3 with the piston member 3 joined to the inner end of the separator hole B, the inside of the separator hole B is filled with the filler C. Therefore, the filler C can be injected into the separator hole B without creating a cavity, and the injection work can be continued until the piston member 3 is removed from the separator hole B.

Although the drawing shows an example in which the filling material C is suction-loaded into the injection tool 1 after the piston member 3 is pushed into the inner end of the separator hole B, it is also possible to suction-load the filling material C into the injection tool 1 in advance. Then, after the piston member 3 is pushed in, the filler C may be continuously injected into the separator hole B.

After installing a piston member with an outer diameter that is press-fitted into a hole in a concrete structure so that it can slide freely, it can be attached and detached with a threaded structure, and the piston member is inserted into the inner end of the hole in the concrete structure. Since the filler is injected, the filler can be injected without leaving any air inside the hole, and the hole is completely filled with the filler, resulting in no cavities and improved appearance and strength. This makes it possible to inject fillers with superior quality.
