Abstract

A high-pressure packing device for injecting hardenable synthetic resin into cracks in concrete includes a sleeve of plastics to be wedged into a hole drilled in concrete in the region of the crack and an injection needle attached to the sleeve. The outer surface of the sleeve is formed with grooves starting from the front end face of the sleeve and extended axially of the sleeve to permit the synthetic resin injected into the base of the hole through the sleeve to rise along the grooves towards the crack in concrete to seal the crack.

Ein derartiger Hochdruckpacker ist z. B. aus der FR-A-2477 906 bekannt. Die Verjüngung der Mantelfläche des Hochdruckpackers ist so gewählt, daß etwa 1/4 bis 1 h der Länge des Pakkers von Hand in das im Beton vorbereitete Bohrloch eingeschoben werden kann. Danach wird mit Hammerschlägen der noch nicht mit dem Spritznippel versehene Hochdruckpacker vollständig in das Bohrloch eingetrieben. Dadurch wird die Kunststoffhülse im Bohrloch in ausreichendem Maße verkeilt, so daß auch bei Hochdruckinjektionen der Packer nicht aus dem Bohrloch gedrückt wird. Zum Injizieren des Kunstharzes wird auf den im Bohrloch eingesetzten Pakker der Spritznippel beispielsweise durch Eindrehen in die Innenbohrung der Kunststoffhülse aufgebracht. Bei der Erstellung des Bohrloches ist darauf zu achten, daß in der Bohrlochtiefe der auszufüllende Betonriß getroffen wird. Nur dann nämlich ist ein Ausfüllen des Risses möglich. Sehr häufig ist der Rißverlauf, insbesondere in der Betontiefe, an der Betonaußenfläche nicht erkennbar. Damit besteht die Gefahr, daß Bohrungen eingebracht werden, die für das Injizieren ungeeignet sind. Da die Eignung der Bohrungen erst durch eine Probeinjektion festgestellt werden kann, ergeben sich durch die bekannten Hochdruckpacker unnötige Mehraufwendungen an Material und Zeit.Such a high pressure packer is e.g. B. from FR-A-2477 906 known. Durch diese Gestaltung sind auch solche Bohrungen für das Injizieren geeignet, bei denen der Riß die Bohrlochwandung im Bereich der Mantelfläche des Hochdruckpackers schneidet. Beim Einspritzen des Kunstharzes füllt dieser den keinen Riß anschneidenden Bohrlochgrund auf und steigt dann in den von der vorderen Stirnseite ausgehenden Rillen hoch. Über die den Betonriß anschneidenden Rille kann das Kunstharz nunmehr in den Betonriß eindringen. Das Injizieren erfolgt mit Drücken bis zu 450 bar. In die im hinteren Bereich etwas erweiterte Innenbohrung 5 der Hülse 2 wird der Spritznippel 6 nach dem Einschlagen der Hülse in das Bohrloch eingeschraubt. Um einen ausreichenden Halt des Nippels 6 in der Innenbohrung 5 zu erzielen, entspricht der Durchmesser der Erweiterung 5a etwa dem Kerndurchmesser des am Nippel 6 angeordneten Außengewindes 7. High-pressure packer (1) for injecting synthetic resin into cracks (3) in concrete and comprising a plastics sleeve (2) which has a smooth outer surface that tapers towards its front end and which can be wedged in a drilled hole and an injection nipple (6) which can be mounted at the rear end of the sleeve, characterised in that the outer surface of the high-pressure packer (1) is provided with grooves (8) that extend in an axial direction from the front end and allow the synthetic resin to rise along the outer surface.
