いて、該ベース基板上の四隅に設けた四箇所の半
田付けランドの内一箇所を他のランドと異なる形
状として方向性の確認を容易とし、ベース基板上
の各ランド間の距離を0.20mmから0.40mm
以上に広げ、焦電素子を乗せるランドとそれに臨
接する細長いランドの間を広げ、その間に位置合
わせ用の複数のマークを設けたことを特徴とする
