Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁体層間を端部が接続されながら積層方
    向に重畳して周回する導体パターンを具えた積層
    インダクタにおいて、絶縁体層を形成する材料が
    非磁性体セラミツク材料であり、導体パターンの
    積層方向の両面に、アース端子に導通された導体
    層を具えたことを特徴とする積層インダクタ。 (2) 導体層が非磁性体材料内に形成された請求
    項第１項記載の積層インダクタ。 (3) 絶縁体層間を端部が接続されながら積層方
    向に重畳して周回する導体パターンを具えた積層
    インダクタにおいて、絶縁体層を形成する材料が
    非磁性体セラミツク材料であり、導体パターンの
    積層方向の両面に、アース端子に導通され、積層
    方向に貫通する複数の孔を具えた導体層を具えた
    ことを特徴とする積層インダクタ。 (4) 導体層がメツシユ構造である請求項第３項
    記載の積層インダクタ。 (5) 絶縁体層間を端部が接続されながら積層方
    向に重畳して周回する導体パターンを具えた積層
    インダクタにおいて、絶縁体層を形成する材料が
    非磁性体セラミツク材料であり、導体パターンの
    積層方向の両面に磁性体層と、その外側に配置さ
    れ、アース端子に導通された導体層を具えたこと
    を特徴とする積層インダクタ。
