にも使用される。鉛を添加すると(快削りん青銅)、被
削性が改善されることも知られている。りん青銅薄板を
直接双ロール式連続鋳造機で鋳造することが例えば特開
平1−107943号公報で提案されているが、板厚0
.5〜5mmの薄板鋳片を双ロール式鋳造機で鋳造する
には、良好な表面性状および内部性状を得ることが極め
て重要である。又特開昭62−77151号公報は双ロ
ールによる鋳造を不活性ガス雰囲気内で行ない、鋳片薄
帯の酸化を防ぐ方法が提案されている。鋳片の表面欠陥
は、鋳片の凝固時に生成される気孔及び表面しわによっ
て代表されるが、工業的に表面性状に優れたりん青銅薄
