Claims (1)
- 試料（基板）の冷却を必要とする真空装置にお
いて、真空槽内に冷却液タンクを移動可能に設置
し、この冷却液タンクに試料を装着するとともに
、冷却液タンクへの冷却液の供給をベローズによ
り行うことを特徴とする冷却用マニピユレータ。
