- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板５上に実装された発熱部品６と、第１の冷
媒通路２が形成されたコールドプレート１とを有
してなる冷媒構造において、 前記発熱部品６の冷却面と前記コールドプレー
ト１の間に形成される第２の冷媒通路３に液体金
属を封入してなり、且つ該コールドプレート１と
該発熱部品６との当接面に封止部材４を有してな
ることを特徴とする冷却構造。
