- 絶縁基板上に集積回路を設け、リードフレーム
を該絶縁基板と上蓋との間に挟持し、該絶縁基板
と上蓋とを接合した集積回路パツケージにおいて
、該接合部の間の各リードフレームの幅方向に凹
部を設け、該凹部の深度によつて、インピーダン
スの整合を行なつたことを特徴とする集積回路パ
ツケージ。
