Claims (1)
- 金属製プレートに搭載されるＨＩＣ基板を覆う
ケースを上部ケースと下部ケースに二分割して熱
可塑性樹脂材で形成し、該上部ケースと下部ケー
スの間にコネクタを挟み込むと共に挟み込んだ状
態で上部ケースと下部ケースを接合し一体化した
ことを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
