Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属製プレート上に搭載されるＨＩＣ基板を覆
    う熱可塑性プラスチツク材を用いるケースを上部
    ケースと下部ケースとの二分割とし、両ケースを
    超音波溶着等で接合し一体化後にケース内部に樹
    脂を充填してなる混成集積回路装置において、前
    記下部ケース又は上部ケースに樹脂の充填に従い
    ケース内部の空気が外部に導き出される通路とな
    るスリツトを設けたことを特徴とする混成集積回
    路装置のケース構造。
