Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は果汁入り炭酸ガス含有飲料等のような
内圧がかかりかつ加熱殺菌が必要な飲料を充填す
るのに適する飽和ポリエステル樹脂製壜の成形方
法に関するものである。
通常の飽和ポリエステル樹脂製壜は果汁入り炭
酸ガス含有飲料等の内容物を充填すると、該内容
物による内圧と、加熱殺菌時の加熱とによつて壜
体の底部が変形してしまうものである。そのため
該底部の変形を防止するため壜体底部を結晶化せ
しめることが考えられているが、その方法として
はインジエクシヨン成型時にパリソンゲート部の
中間層を結晶化させる方法またはパリソン成型後
ヒーター等で加熱して結晶化させその後二軸延伸
ブローして底部を結晶化したボトル成形方法があ
る。
本発明は二軸延伸ブロー成形によつて成型され
たポリエステル樹脂製壜の底部の外側周縁部を冷
却せしめ、前記底部の下方より加熱手段によつて
該底部のみを加熱して結晶化せしめることによ
り、前記内容物の充填後の内圧および加熱殺菌時
の加熱にも耐え、壜底部が変形することのないポ
リエステル樹脂製壜の成形方法を提供するもので
ある。
以下添付図面に基づいて本発明ポリエステル樹
脂製壜の成形方法について説明する。
本発明は図示するごとく、二軸延伸ブロによつ
て成形されたポリエステル樹脂製壜体１の底部２
の外側周縁に、外輪部３が該外側周縁下部４に位
置するよう断面ドーナツ形状の円筒部材５を配置
せしめ、前記円筒部材５の外輪部３内に冷却水ま
たは冷却空気を送り込み底部２の外側周縁を冷却
せしめる。さらに前記円筒部材５の中央空間部６
を通して底部２の下方より遠赤外線ヒーター、あ
るいは熱風加熱等の加熱手段７によつて底部２の
みを加熱して結晶化せしめる。
上記のごとく、底部２の外側周縁を冷却せしめ
て底部２を加熱することにより、加熱による熱が
胴部に伝わることがなく、底部のみが確実かつ迅
速に結晶化することができるものである。
本発明は前述したように、二軸延伸ブローによ
つて成型されたポリエステル樹脂製壜の底部の外
側周縁部を冷却せしめ、前記底部の下方より加熱
手段によつて該底部のみを加熱して結晶化せしめ
ることにより、胴部に熱を伝えることなく確実か
つ迅速に底部のみを結晶化でき、それにより果汁
入り炭酸ガス含有飲料を充填してもその内圧に耐
えることができ、かつ加熱殺菌時の加熱にも耐
え、通常の飽和ポリエステル樹脂製壜に比べて壜
体の変形がほとんど生じることのない飽和ポリエ
ステル樹脂製壜の成形方法として格別なる効果を
奏するものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 二軸延伸ブロー成形によつて成型されたポリ
    エステル樹脂製壜の底部の外側周縁部を冷却せし
    め、前記底部の下方より加熱手段によつて該底部
    のみを加熱することにより結晶化せしめることを
    特徴とする飽和ポリエステル樹脂製壜の成形方
    法。
